I use this in beef & broccoli stir fry. And beef & vegetable soup!!! I cut in more uniform sizes and cook on low til tender. Then use in recipes!

I usually buy a few of these at a time and I’m always happy with the freshness of their meat department.

Good, but a little tough. I would definitely use this in a pressure cooker or a broil. I would not pan fry as it comes out rubbery.

Tender chunks of stew meat! I love it. This is a single household, so I always divide packaging and freeze one.

Has good flavor and the right amount of fat. Some of the pieces could be a little smaller but well worth the price

The chunks were Big and Ihade to cook it for almost 13 hours on high in my crockpot before it was chewable.

Good price per pound, but the meat was way more fatty than I expected, makes for a messy slow cooked meal.
