Used in beef stew. Cooked up nicely and was just a little chewy, thus the 4 stars. But the price is great.

For me personally the pieces were cut too large. I like the pieces to be smaller so i don't have enough to cut them up.

This stew meat is so good and tender you can eat it by it's self or put it in with potatoes, carrots, onions and gravy to create the best meal

Great as always. It could use a little bit more fat because i use it for stew. But all.in all i am very happy. The cuts are.always consistent

It was lean, put it in my instant pot with veggies and cooked up a beef soup. Better price than at my grocery store, and leaner.

I found this stew meat to be a good value and good quality. I froze it in smaller bags and will get a few meals out of it for my small family.

I cook these in my crockpot with onions & seasonings then freeze in smaller portion sizes for quick meals! Great for beef stew or veggie beef soup!

The package I had, there was very little connective tissue and fat in the package. It was very tender and tasty.

This was a LOT of meat for this price. I was very pleased. Meat cooked up very tender in the crock pot and was very tasty.

I cooked it in a stew. Worked well with 20 minutes in a pressure cooker. Would not recommend if no pressure cooker,
