So tender! Used this in my chili and it went over very well. Best chili I’ve made twice now using this stew meat!

Good for stew. A little big for kabobs or stir fry, but pound them with a mallet and cut smaller makes them soft and perfect!

Wanted stew meat to try out in my instant pot and it was great...tender just the way I knew it would be coming from Sam's. I enjoy their meat dept.

It was lean, put it in my instant pot with veggies and cooked up a beef soup. Better price than at my grocery store, and leaner.

I like that the stew meat is a compilation of many types of beef but when you get a package with a outing "tough" meat it's disappointing

Good, but a little tough. I would definitely use this in a pressure cooker or a broil. I would not pan fry as it comes out rubbery.
