Good for stew. A little big for kabobs or stir fry, but pound them with a mallet and cut smaller makes them soft and perfect!

Tender chunks of stew meat! I love it. This is a single household, so I always divide packaging and freeze one.

usually this meat is very good , but the last one about is extremely tough, even after slow cooking. was very disappointed with it.

I would have taken it back if the packaging had not been tossed. Even cooked in a slow cooker I could not eat it!!

Yum, yum. Used this for Middle Eastern Kebobs, Thai Skewers and/or Hearty Southern Soups. Red, tender and juicy. Just a bit of baking soda to tenderize and go forth and conquer

Bought this stew beef and paid way too much for it. The beef stew was Tough and could not be eaten. I thought Sams meat choices were supposed to be of high quality. However, it is not. I will NEVER BUY any meat products from Sams again.

Dull flavor and is SO much gristle. I removed 8 oz of fat and gristle from 2 lbs of the meat. And the flavor was like the meat was from a sickly cow. I tried a few bites from different pieces. Tasted too weird. My dog ate good though.
