Worst vacuum ever, heaviest vacuum that I’ve ever used to push pull and pick up. Fell apart within weeks the only good thing that it did have good section better than that I don’t recommend it. I wanna go back to my shark.

I should have read the reviews! They advertise the combo tool, show it should be in box, install how to put it on, and shows the combo tool attached to the vacuum but, they do not send you the attachment clip. I called and they no longer include it. You can’t even buy it. If I would have know this I would not have bought this and now I am packing it up to return. What a waste of my time. If you are not going to include JUST SAY IT IS NOT INCLUDED AND NOT AVAILABLE!!

This vacuum is very powerful. It is easy to disassemble to clean it out. The hairs/strings/thread that catch on the beater bar is inconvenient to clean up, but I guess you will have that with all vacuums that have brushes like this one does. The beater bar quit working, however, and I have to have it to work properly. I am going to buy a Shark instead. Will not buy this one again.

Pets maybe. Kids and pets are a nope. this is my third Dyson. I've had it about a year and a half and it's done. Two things contributes to it demise, it was very hard to get it to to click into it upright position and now because of this (I assume) the handle completely snapped in half- like epic fail snapped in half. I may try to duct tape it together, but a vacuum of this price should not require duct tape. If folk in your house neglect to throw away popcicle sticks or stash them in the couch cushions think twice before purchasing.

Just be aware that Dyson has discontinued two pieces of this vacuum. We did not receive the part to hold the extra accessory and did not receive the upholstery head. I called Dyson and they said those parts were discontinued and will not be included in the box. As long as you are okay with the extra accessory not being attached to the the vacuum itself, this is still a good buy.

The machine is a little heavy

A lossing battle . The hose extension is a battle with trying to clean around the house . You are better off keeping it on the vacuum as a whole . The suction is so strong that rugs and carpet are a horrible work out. May i add the carrying is heavy !! It is 2024 this should be a better product .

Highly disappointed. Purchased for use on carpet. It is very heavy and hard to push on even the thinnest carpet with its lowest suction setting. Have a much better machine that sweeps and mops hard floors. Only needed this for carpet which again is very low pile.
