Very hard to push.

I wanted to love it but, this is a VERY poor build quality/design. Had a older DC14 Dyson and loved it. Lasted many years. I will forever miss it. This one doesn't even compare. Hard to maneuver. This thing won't even stand up unless you click it in the stand up position JUST RIGHT. Pain in the kazoo. Taking it back. Sadly, I have no idea what I'm going to get to replace my DC14.

Extremely flimsy! ... Hard to push! Impossible if you use the lower settings! Will be returning tomorrow! Has good suction but the handle feels like its going to break off and i could bend some of the parts with my fingers .... Shockingly poor quality for an expensive brand... I dont know how they sell it or it even passes their inspection! Who ever is in charge of the quality needs to be fired!

Great vacuum. It is very heavy and can be difficult on thinner rugs but overall works great!

Amazing vacuum! But it did not come with the tangle free turbine tool and it is $50-100 yo purchase separately.

It is very uncomfortable and hard to push. A small vacuuming area, does a poor job picking up pieces like a dog or cat food from the floor.

This vacuum has outstanding suction. I never liked a ball but this one has good control. The wand is difficult to use because it is not flexable.
