This is the 2nd one I have purchased. The other one was 12 years ago. They are a powerful vacuum and gets up a lot of dirt and hair. The only draw back is that it does not go under beds or furniture.

Great suction and brush attachment. Very heavy to push. Flimsy feeling handle. Not a fan of the ball verse having regular wheels. No lights. I would consider a different model of Dyson.

Bought this to replace my 10 year old Dyson and glad I did. This thing has so much suction power that it was pulling our big area rug up off the floor. Can’t go wrong with this vacuum if you have pets!

Good vacuum but its a bit frustrating in that the vacuum head drops down all the time when trying to move it to another room. It doesn't seem to have any place to put the attachments.

picks up great but way to heavy, handle is 4 inches lower than my 25 yr old dyson and will not stay in up-right position. made very cheap. pretty much stuck with this cause spent way to much money to just replace it.

I've always loved my Dyson that I've had for 25 years and this being brand new will take some time getting used to it. Is harder to push than my old Dyson, but it's sure picks up great.

It sucks … but in a good way. I couldn’t believe how much this vacuum pulled out of my area rug even after I had vacuumed the other day using an older vacuum. Definitely worth the expense especially if you have pets.

Powerful. Our second Dyson. Price is reasonable for how long they last as well as ease of use. We have four dogs and lots of human dirt tracking. Very satisfied. Will stick with the brand.

This is second Dyson. First is 10 years old and just replaced the cord. Thought it was time for a new one after trying a shark that only lasted 6-9 months. It didn’t do well with pet hair and froze the roller up.

This thing is amazing and the attachments are the best. Our second Dyson and very pleased after 15 years we retired ours even tho it was still performing well and this thing has all the suction you could ask for.
