Suction works great that’s about it. Plastic is thin and cheap. Will likely break/crack after a short time. Motor gets very warm when running! Puts off a lot of heat. Handheld wand is awkward and not user friendly. Don’t recommend except for hair on the carpet and there are cheaper vacuums that will do that.

I had a cordless Dyson but realized with the amount of sq footage I have that the cordless was not meant for my house size. I purchased this vacuum and love how much it picks up. Carpet fluffs back up after each cleaning and picks up pet hair flawlessly.

Love this vacuum, has great suction. My prior vacuum was a dyson, still works well (about 14 yrs old), or so I thought until I used this one. I could not believe the amount of dirt it picked up. I do not have a dog but do watch my daughter's dog quite frequently. I would definitely recommend this vacuum.

This vacuum works very well, even picking up the micro dust from our floor. The only surprising thing is that the plastics of the handle and rollers are very thin. It feels like it will break easily. As for the performance, the vacuum is wonderful! I just expected more from the quality of the materials for such an expensive machine.

Got this machine to replace a 12 year old unit that finally died. Sitting them next to each other the first thing I notice is the build quality feels much cheaper on this unit. The power head keeps falling off. The brush roller has seized a few times because soil has gotten into the bearing side. The unit has very little stability when upright, certainly not enough to use the extension hose without knocking the machine over. When leaning the unit back to clean the wheel release makes me think I am going to break them. We love Dyson products but this one badly missed the mark and is going back.

I have 3 high shed dogs; 2 Siberian huskies and 1 Alaskan malamute. The Dyson does an excellent job of vacuuming up all the fur whenever they blow their coats and the dirt they bring in from outside. Time will tell how long it lasts but so far so good

This is my 3rd Dyson vacuum in 17 years. The 1st one is used to clean the pellet stove during the winter months. The second one I gave to my daughter to use and the 3rd I just purchased 3/24/24 DysonBall Animal 3+ and would not purchase any other vacuum.

The Dyson Ball Animal 3+ does a great job removing dirt and animal hair off of the floors and rug. It is a little heavier than most vacuums I have used lately. The suction is almost to strong for my rugs. It pulls one of them off the floor it's so powerful.

It has good suction but they must improve the length of the hose so that the adapters have better handling. The person who uses it must be used to using a vacuum cleaner with a strong suction power and requires strength to pull in some of its positions.In general, does a good job.

So far it’s holding us to the reviews. The attachments are handy.
