What I Love: Smart Connectivity: It syncs seamlessly with my Samsung phone, watch, and TV, which is incredibly convenient. Plus, the little tune it plays at the end of a cycle always makes me smile. Massive Capacity: The washer tub is incredibly deep and handles large loads with total ease. Note: If you're on the shorter side like me, you might want to keep a step stool or a grabber tool nearby to reach the bottom! Clothes are clean and fresh when complete. Fast Drying: The dryer works quickly and thoroughly. I usually stick to the timed dry setting for simplicity. It doesn't have an interior light, but honestly, I don't miss it at all and it wouldn't change my mind about buying it. I can almost never get the washer to spin. It is consistently unbalanced. I take the clothes out and rearrange them multiple times. I have reduced load size. I have calibrated. Nearly every cycle I am getting an error and dealing with sopping wet clothes. It takes hours to do one load or to dry the wet clothes

I absolutely love my washer and dryer. After going 6 years without a washer and dryer and the extreme cost having to washer at the laundromat was insane. I love that I can fit my queen size comforters and the wash and dry time is not long as well. Definitely easy to setup and connect to the WIFI. With the detergent I use and the amount of wash settings I also notice how the stains are being removed.

If I could give it a negative 948858492 I would. Biggest piece of junk I've ever come across as far as appliances goes and same for the stove we bought. I'm not sure how they have a rating above 1 star. DO NOT BUY THIS

I was leary of going back to having an agitator, but this machine has put my worries to rest. I've been doing about 4 loads a week with this and it keeps up. I love that it notifies me on my watch or phone when the cycle is complete. It even tells me when to run the self cleaning cycle. I would recommend this to everyone looking for a replacement!

I also love how many features it comes with and is compatible with my Alexa so I know when it's completed. It also has a great cleaning feature which lets me know that it's ready to be cleaned after a certain amount of cycles.

This is the worst washing machine I have ever had! Constantly says that the load is unbalanced. Constantly have to spin it to get the water out. Why does the water have to be on in order to spin it a second time? There is a button for rinse and spin. I choose the spin only button and it still wants to fill with water. This machine wastes so much water. My bills are so high because of it! I don't suggest anyone buy this. It takes a whole day to do one load. By that time I take the clothes out and have to ring them by hand and hang them to get all of the water out.
