The capacity is massive, easily handling our largest comforters and thickest bedding sets in a single load. When it comes to performance, the agitation is powerful yet incredibly gentle on fabrics. It works perfectly alongside the specialized wash cycles to target different fabric types, providing a deeply customized clean every time. We have noticed a major improvement in stain removal, as even old, set in stains come out completely clear without any pre scrubbing. Additionally, the smart connectivity features are seamless. The appliance pairs effortlessly with our devices, sending helpful notifications to our phones the exact moment a cycle finishes.

The settings are easy to use and understand without using a lot of laundry soap. Not only does it clean large loads and/or small loads it can do it all.

So far have had no problems with new washer it has functioned wonderfully Have done small to large loads including queen size comforters with no issues

There are alot of different cycles including a little wash area where I can do my stain-removal. Connectivity was something I didn't know I needed until now. I love having that feature now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Samsung washer and dryer in July 2025. I wanted a washer with an agitator and that had good durability and large capacity. I love the different options for cycles and the fact that the washer connects to my WiFi to notify me if there is an issue or when the load is done. I have not had any issues thus far and would recommend!

My only complaint is that there's a mildew smell after each load (the clothes are fine), but that may be because of our hard water.

This washer leaves HORRIBLE stains on clothes. I have ran the "clean cycle" every time it's recommended, and we have deep cleaned around the bottom drain area. It leaves 2" rust colored marks each load. It is especially noticeable on whites. It has ruined SOOO many clothes. Would NOT recommend this washer.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WASHER. While I don't have an agitator, the impeller version has very slow and gentle wash cycles that don't create enough water current for the clothes to be cleaned properly. I have calibrated and recalibrated but that makes no difference for the wash cycle power. The Heavy Duty, Deep Wash cycles, and Heavy soil settings also make no difference to the movement of the wash, they just add more time to the cycle. While the capacity of the washer is great, the slowness of the impeller seems like a big waste. I much preferred the power of my old washer.
