I absolutely love my washer and dryer. After going 6 years without a washer and dryer and the extreme cost having to washer at the laundromat was insane. I love that I can fit my queen size comforters and the wash and dry time is not long as well. Definitely easy to setup and connect to the WIFI. With the detergent I use and the amount of wash settings I also notice how the stains are being removed.

I love the different options for cycles and the fact that the washer connects to my WiFi to notify me if there is an issue or when the load is done. I have not had any issues thus far and would recommend!

Enjoying the washer and the notifications with the SmartThings app. Large deep capacity that is easy on me since I'm tall. Like the quick wash when in need the items quicker and want to conserve water. Recommend the washer!

There are alot of different cycles including a little wash area where I can do my stain-removal. Connectivity was something I didn't know I needed until now. I love having that feature now.

My new Samsung washer is incredible. I could not be happier. I got the unit without the agitator and it makes it so much easier for balance and cleanliness. Five stars all the way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the smart features — getting notifications on my phone when the cycle is done and reminders to run the self clean is helpful. My only complaint is that there's a mildew smell after each load (the clothes are fine), but that may be because of our hard water.

I can almost never get the washer to spin. It is consistently unbalanced. I take the clothes out and rearrange them multiple times. I have reduced load size. I have calibrated. Nearly every cycle I am getting an error and dealing with sopping wet clothes. It takes hours to do one load or to dry the wet clothes

This is the worst washing machine I have ever had! Constantly says that the load is unbalanced. Constantly have to spin it to get the water out. Why does the water have to be on in order to spin it a second time? There is a button for rinse and spin. I choose the spin only button and it still wants to fill with water. This machine wastes so much water. My bills are so high because of it! I don't suggest anyone buy this. It takes a whole day to do one load. By that time I take the clothes out and have to ring them by hand and hang them to get all of the water out.
