I love my new Samsung washer. It has a large capacity tub and can hold the beast of loads my family produces. The ability to choose my water level and maintain water efficiency is great as we are in a drought condition in my area. Having the ability to see the status of my washer on my app and get notifications with the new smart things connectivity is great! Cycle speeds have greatly improved and have cut down dry time by spinning the clothes out so thoroughly. The active jet is great with assisting in stain removal. Overall a great purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best washer I have ever owned. The features I love are the water jet if I want to pre wash an item. Also the smart things app notifies me when wash is done because I cant hear the washer from my living room, It drains water completely and spinning cycle is efficient and theres no vibration, nice and smooth.. The tub is extra large if you need to was large items, towels, comforter etc. It even reminds you when a self cleaning cycle is due. I am very satisfied with this washer and don't regret my puchase plus it looks awesome in my newly remodeled laundry room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had this product for around a month, but seems to be washing clothes well. The capacity of the washer is amazing. Cycles are a little long than expected, but I have no issues. Spin cycles don't cause any excessive shaking and vibration issues.

Does it clean well? Yes. Is it quiet? Yes. But, if you are like me, 5' 1" tall, it's not a good choice! The tub is just too deep and I can't reach half of the clothes without standing on a step stool or using a tool to extend my reach. So if you're short - keep looking. Also, I can't find the way to have the timer/alarm bell ring when the wash cycle is over and before the rinse cycle begins.

Very unimpressed with dishwasher it does not spin out enough water from the clothes which intern cost more money to dry a load. However, I did figure out how to get past water efficiency setting, which most people hate because it destroys your clothes. I add 2 quarts of water at the beginning of every load which bumps up the weight and adds more water would never buy another Samsung washer again piece of crap

Absolutely nothing will prepare you for the frustration this machine will bring into your life! This machine not only does a horrible job at washing your clothes, it takes 2 hours for a load and at the end of the day you'll likely have to squeeze your clothes by hand like you are in the 1950s! If Samsung had any ride in their products they would recall this garbage but clearly they don't! I'd rather go back to a laundromat than to keep using this utter rubbish! I can absolutely promise you this is NOT the machine you want!

This is the absolute WORST appliance purchase I've EVER made. I made the purchase on August 1, 2026 with the earliest delivery date being August 10, 2026 just to get a message the evening of August 9, 2026 indicating the delivery date was cancelled and I would have to reschedule it. The earliest available reschedule date available was August 13,2026, just to get a message this evening cancelling my delivery AGAIN. Now they are saying that the earliest delivery date available is August 17, 2026! I can't even give a review of the washing machine because I keep getting the delivery date cancelled!! I've never experienced such poor deliver service before this experience! Needless to say I'm beyond upset.
