[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to admit that I didn't know what to expect at first. I thought it would be loud and clumsy. I was amazed when I witnessed the first run cycle. The inner tub was spinning and I couldn't hear it even while the agitator was engaged. I found it to have deceptively more capacity in the inside. I was able to put in blankets with not problem. We were able to connect it to the smartthings app and have control over it. I found the dials easy to use and am very happy with how clean my laundry is coming out especially when I use quick wash.

I absolutely love my washer!! I had an horrible experience with my first washer and dryer set, it was used. This is my second set and it's brand new. I must say this is a whole new level unlocked washing experience for me. It has lots of space for big loads and it's quiet!! I absolutely love my washing days now. Great product and excellent choice!!

So glad we took the jump and get them ...too nice for my basement hahaha but clothes are clean and works well .. love the app that goes with it let's me know when it's done . It's very quiet .

Worst washing machine ever constant unbalancing . Do yourself a favor and don't buy anything Samsung . The company makes junk .
