[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall great washer, would have given 4.5 but there is no option to give half star. On the pros it is smart/WiFi connected. Can control it via Smart things. It was automatically detected and was easy to paint and get notifications. On the washer performance, cleans well, haven't noticed any concerns. The only cons are the time it takes is slightly higher compared to other washers I owned, also seems to consume slightly more water .

My dad bought this washer a couple years ago and it worked for a year and a half until it kept coming unbalanced. Currently, It's taking me almost an hour to wash 6 small pieces of clothes. This washer is a piece of junk. And I don't think fixing it will help anything.

The cycles are easy to understand, and I like that you can adjust the water level for each load of laundry to make sure you aren't being wasteful. I like getting notified on my phone when a load of laundry is done. I also discovered that you can view alerts and status of the washer in the SmartThings app. This is so much nicer than our old washing machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from an old maytag washer, with no agitator it allows for twice the load size and is super quiet. Love it. And it give me a notification on my phone when laundry is done so I can continue my day to day tasks without forgetting about the laundry. All I do is hope it lasts atleast half the life of my old mayday did.

The washing machine is not functional at all, its axis is not strong enough when it spins to dry the clothes, it seems that you have to weigh each side to balance the clothes so that they do not stop, every time I wash clothes I have to arrange all the wings clothes so that the washing machine does not crash, I really feel robbed and a terrible team, the quality control of this team did not realize this, I personally hope that no one buys these washing machines anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first experience with an impeller type washing machine. So far I'm impressed. It holds a ton of laundry and it's great for my king size comforters and pet beds. The active water jet feature is nice for pre-treating but that is not a feature I see myself using very often. I do love the SmartThings app. That is going to come in very handy. It was easy to download and set up my appliances. I like that it lets you know how much time you have left on your cycle and it also has downloadable recipes that you can send to your washing machine to customize your wash experience further. Even my pet laundry comes out surprisingly clean.

We replaced our Maytag washer and I couldn't be happier! This washer not only gets clothes cleaner, it is quieter and more energy efficient. The smart feature is so handy, and the capacity accommodates our busy family's needs including bedding and loads of towels! Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer has been amazing too. I like that the dryer has a timed dry, a quick cycle, and a wrinkle setting. Clothes get dry super fast. I have! Unique setup and it fits perfectly. Also, they both are very quiet so the smart things app comes in handy to know when they both are done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a great washer! It's a huge difference from my last washer. I've done every type of load and I haven't had any issues whatsoever. Clothes / bedding is throughly cleaned and I love the fact that they never come out all tangled up. With the smart things app I'm able to control the washer and dryer all from my phone and both have more settings where I'm able to customize for each load. I really love the laundry recipe in the app that helps guide me through each setting depending on the type of clothes I'm washing. This setting is also available on my matching dryer. The last top load washer I owned didn't have the agitator and alot of the times my clothes would come out still dirty. That's not the case with my new Samsung washer the agitator helps move the clothes around making sure they're throughly cleaned without tangling everything up or being too rough on my delicates. I can't believe how quiet the washer and dryer is! The only sound I hear is the cute little tune it plays when the cycles are finished. I love my new Samsung washer and dryer and recommended it to everyone. I can't get over how excited I am to actually do my laundry now lol. Thanks Samsung for making my life a bit easier!
