We have 6 people doing laundry in our house and haven’t had any issues with this washer being run multiple times nearly every other day. There’s plenty of space for even a comforter and the SmartThings Samsung app just puts this washer over the top with regards to convenience - I’m notified when the load finishes through there as well as a fun song plays

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine has been a gem for me and my needs! No issues whatsoever. It's quiet (so quiet, sometimes I need to be sure I started it). The app integration is seamless and is not intimidating or pushy. Most importantly, my clothes are clean and fresh. I started receiving complaints on how my old gym clothes smell. The only thing that changed is my new water softner and this amazing washer, a dynamic duo in my opinion! Just read the owners manual, follow the instructions explicitly, and register the manufacturer's warranty. Good to go!

The SmartThings app adds to the level of convenience - I’m notified when the load finishes through our TV as well and app on our phone! The top load has a glass top that gives it a nice style point..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Switched from a big front load washer to this model and was worried that I would not have as much room and would have to do additional loads. It has been great so far and does a great job of removing as much water as possible. Love the look and have received several compliments on it so far

The size is good, and the appears is good. But loads that I do with sheets and blankets, there are always dry spots. Sometimes it's a full circle of dryness with the sheets pulled tautly. Also as a shorter person, I cannot reach the bottom of the tub to gather the laundry without stepping on a stool and almost falling in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a washer that was ready to retire and stumbled across this campaign. I am so pleased with the way this washer takes care of my clothes. I have used a few of the cycles as well as the self clean function and they all have done amazing. I love the water jet to pre-treat as I have kids that are in sports and it helps with those small stains. I liked that when the washer thought it needed a self clean that it let me know to do that. I have also noticed how easy it is to use and I am confident that even my 12 year old is able to use it without instruction from myself. The washer is amazing and I know that it will last years to come and I will get clean clothes each and every time.

I’m extremely disappointed with both the Samsung washer I purchased and the customer service experience that followed. The washer has never pulled hot water, which is a basic and essential function. I reached out to Samsung for warranty service, and they sent a technician. Shockingly, the technician claimed “there’s nothing wrong” – even though the washer still does not use hot water at all. It was clear that no real diagnostic was done. When I contacted Samsung’s customer service and warranty support team again, I was told “there’s nothing we can do about it.” This is completely unacceptable for a product that’s still under warranty and clearly malfunctioning. I trusted the Samsung brand, but this experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Poor product quality is one thing, but the lack of accountability and basic customer support is inexcusable. I will not be buying another Samsung appliance, and I strongly caution others to consider a different brand – especially if you expect your warranty to mean anything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as I got this washer, I immediately connected it to my Samsung Smart Things phone app and my voice assistance service. I haven't had a new washer in over 7 years so I was really excited to have a smart device. I did have a little bit of a learning curve, getting used to a new appliance with more washing options. Therefore, one of my favorite features on the Smart Things app is Laundry Recipe. I can input what I want to wash and it will suggest the best setting to use. As long as my washer is on, it can then send the recipe to my washer. Another of my favorite features is using Smart Things to check on what cycle of the wash my clothes are on and how much longer it has. I can even use my voice assistant service to ask how much longer the load has to wash if I want to go hands free. Additionally, it does a great job of removing dirt, tough stains, and even odors from my family's clothing. I am so glad I chose this device! I highly recommend it!
