I love all the options of this washer including the water jet option. I also love the sanitize option to clean the washer to keep it fresh. This washer actually gets my clothes clean unlike other brands I have purchased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the Samsung Large Capacity Smart Top Load Washer DVE47CG3500W looks a bit different than what you normally see. They have a flat clean look that I like, For both units the Smart things app is cool. I particularly like the ability to remote start things. It is also nice to get an end of cycle warning. The washer is loaded. It has all sorts of cycles and I really liked the built in water tap. No need for a separate laundry sink to pretreat. It does well with vibration, and the lid closes slowly 9not smashing down. I was concerned about a top load washer, bit it is actually easier to move items to the dryer without dropping them on the floor. It looks good, self-cleans, and does everything well. The clear top is a cool feature, and I found myself watching the clothing being cleaned. Most important: It gets my dirty clothing clean.

The washing machine is not functional at all, its axis is not strong enough when it spins to dry the clothes, it seems that you have to weigh each side to balance the clothes so that they do not stop, every time I wash clothes I have to arrange all the wings clothes so that the washing machine does not crash, I really feel robbed and a terrible team, the quality control of this team did not realize this, I personally hope that no one buys these washing machines anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung washer is a real beauty. Many cycles to choose from. I love the lid is soft closing. It has a beautiful tinted lid. It doesn't twist up your clothes. It has the built in waterjet, this is so convenient. I can reach the bottom taking the clothes out. Connection was very easy to smartthings. My Samsung machines are located in my garage so I am delighted to get notified when the machines are done. I think this is the nicest machine I have ever owned.

I’m extremely disappointed with both the Samsung washer I purchased and the customer service experience that followed. The washer has never pulled hot water, which is a basic and essential function. I reached out to Samsung for warranty service, and they sent a technician. Shockingly, the technician claimed “there’s nothing wrong” – even though the washer still does not use hot water at all. It was clear that no real diagnostic was done. When I contacted Samsung’s customer service and warranty support team again, I was told “there’s nothing we can do about it.” This is completely unacceptable for a product that’s still under warranty and clearly malfunctioning. I trusted the Samsung brand, but this experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Poor product quality is one thing, but the lack of accountability and basic customer support is inexcusable. I will not be buying another Samsung appliance, and I strongly caution others to consider a different brand – especially if you expect your warranty to mean anything.

Purchased on Black Friday deal, and I am loving this machine! I got the impeller version, and I love how much room the machine has. The best feature is that it links with Smart Things and I get a notification when my machine is done. No more forgetting to put the wash into the dryer and then having to rewash because I forgot… This is a great machine that cleans well and has great features and options!

Connwcting the app to Alexa allows for an announcement on all your devices letting you know the cycle is done, great for those laundry rooms that are in the basement or garage where you might hear the cute melody that plays at the end. I check the app to see how much time is left all the time. Plus the app allows you to see the energy usage or start the washer when you're away from home. Besides all of that are all of the options to choose, from normal to bedding to quick wash for when you're in a hurry and more. The best part is the water jet, it's like a faucet in your washer! No more do you have to scrub your items in the bathroom or kitchen then drip water across the house to throw it the washer. All the mess can be contained by using the water jet located next to the detergent and softer drawer. I couldn't be happier with my new washer, it's so easy to use and makes laundry a breeze to do.

My dad bought this washer a couple years ago and it worked for a year and a half until it kept coming unbalanced. Currently, It's taking me almost an hour to wash 6 small pieces of clothes. This washer is a piece of junk. And I don't think fixing it will help anything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall great washer, would have given 4.5 but there is no option to give half star. On the pros it is smart/WiFi connected. Can control it via Smart things. It was automatically detected and was easy to paint and get notifications. On the washer performance, cleans well, haven't noticed any concerns. The only cons are the time it takes is slightly higher compared to other washers I owned, also seems to consume slightly more water .

I love how all my samsungs communicate, so when my clothes are done ill never forget. All the features are perfect on this machine for my different clothes I need to wash. Definitely worth the buy
