My husband bought me this washing machine about 6 months ago. It makes the most gawd awful noise when spinning. I have tried troubleshooting and replace the bearings but it still does the same thing. I barely have anything in the washing machine. No matter what I try it creates the same noise. I have never overloaded it. I keep the middle clear and arrange clothes or towels around the sides.

Connwcting the app to Alexa allows for an announcement on all your devices letting you know the cycle is done, great for those laundry rooms that are in the basement or garage where you might hear the cute melody that plays at the end. I check the app to see how much time is left all the time. Plus the app allows you to see the energy usage or start the washer when you're away from home. Besides all of that are all of the options to choose, from normal to bedding to quick wash for when you're in a hurry and more. The best part is the water jet, it's like a faucet in your washer! No more do you have to scrub your items in the bathroom or kitchen then drip water across the house to throw it the washer. All the mess can be contained by using the water jet located next to the detergent and softer drawer. I couldn't be happier with my new washer, it's so easy to use and makes laundry a breeze to do.

I love the cute series of tonations it plays at the end when my load is done - it is like it's singing me a song! My happy washer is glad the work is done. The app is helpful, because it alerts me when my load is almost done on multiple devices. I'm impressed with the performance of this product, I think it's one of the best washing machines I've used.

The adults benefit as well, because there are so many options for washing all of our laundry. The pre-washing feature is what I have been looking for all my laundry life without knowing it. Now I don't have to try to wash things out in the kitchen and then walk them to the washer. The machine is also so large that no matter how many sports practices, events or swimming parties my boys have been to, my washer kept up with the demand. The one difficulty is the depth. I am only 5'3", and there has been some struggling with getting to the bottom, but worth it all for the efficiency.

It came packaged very well to prevent damage during shipment. The wash is super quiet. I downloaded the SmartThings app so I can schedule when I want my laundry to be done by and it sends me a notification when the cycle is complete. There are 7 different washing options for my different washing needs. I really like the soft close lid and the crisp design.

We didn't even know about one feature of this washer that has become our favorite. It has a spout where you can get a stream of water to come out into the tub! While not an actual sink, it is awesome for pre-soaking something and scrubbing out hard stains. With the Samsung app, we know when the load is done so we cant start another. Which also is less loads now with this increased capacity. This has been a great purchase and we look forward to doing laundry now!

I'm a single guy, so I am really familiar with the normal washing mode. Since I have connected this washer to Smartthings, I can send laundry recipes and it helps me pick the appropriate mode. Wifi connection was easy to set up, and I got it connected to Smartthings quickly. The Smart Control allows me to keep an eye on cycles from my phone. The drum is nice and large, so I can easily fit bedding in. I love this washer so far, and I think I still have some learning to do. This has been a great addition to my Samsung/Smartthings ecosystem.

This washer is terrible. I have had problems since we got it a week ago. Every load comes up error DC4. You troubleshoot, get a load done and it happens again. Everytime the load is either unbalanced or it's not draining right. The lid lock does not unlock, so your clothes are stuck in there, so you can't try to make them balanced. Once the lid does unlock ( I can't find a switch to switch the darn lid lock off). You have to take everything out that is now drenched and try to figure put how ro balance it. Plus this should have an automatic water level setting. I shouldn't have to choose it every darn time. Why get a digital washer if it doesn't come programmed. Worst washer ever. The dryer in this pair sucks too. Foor is flimsy and should have a handle at the top not just on the side. Door doesn't open very far. Plus the darn thing is like 2 inches off the ground so you have to squat to get your things out. The design team for this pair should be fired if they haven't been already

I say it's efficient because I could usually fit one load at a time, and now I can do double, to save time. Both with how many times I use it and the time I spend on doing laundry and using power. To make it better, the smartthings app notifies you of the time left and when the cycle is done. Even better, you can get recommendations of what to wash together and on what cycle. Great features overall and leaves all my clothes squeaky clean. 👌🏽
