[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as I got this washer, I immediately connected it to my Samsung Smart Things phone app and my voice assistance service. I haven't had a new washer in over 7 years so I was really excited to have a smart device. I did have a little bit of a learning curve, getting used to a new appliance with more washing options. Therefore, one of my favorite features on the Smart Things app is Laundry Recipe. I can input what I want to wash and it will suggest the best setting to use. As long as my washer is on, it can then send the recipe to my washer. Another of my favorite features is using Smart Things to check on what cycle of the wash my clothes are on and how much longer it has. I can even use my voice assistant service to ask how much longer the load has to wash if I want to go hands free. Additionally, it does a great job of removing dirt, tough stains, and even odors from my family's clothing. I am so glad I chose this device! I highly recommend it!

Honestly it's a really good washer, the only thing I don't like about it is that the self cleaner is too frequent. After you've done a load of laundry the machine stays turned on and suggest the self cleaner, it's about an hour long cycle, which in my opinion is a waste, if only it didn't suggest it so frequently it'd be perfect. Overall it's great, plenty of room especially for those big loads. I've had no issues so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into an older home and are limited by space. Needless to say, our laundry room doesn't have a sink which we really missed. We didn't even know about one feature of this washer that has become our favorite. It has a spout where you can get a stream of water to come out into the tub! While not an actual sink, it is awesome for pre-soaking something and scrubbing out hard stains. With the Samsung app, we know when the load is done so we cant start another. Which also is less loads now with this increased capacity. This has been a great purchase and we look forward to doing laundry now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does A really nice job of drying the clothes when you use the time setting, but when you use the normal setting, the clothes are still damp, but it says they’re dry because it senses the dryness. I don’t know what that’s about but simple.

My husband bought me this washing machine about 6 months ago. It makes the most gawd awful noise when spinning. I have tried troubleshooting and replace the bearings but it still does the same thing. I barely have anything in the washing machine. No matter what I try it creates the same noise. I have never overloaded it. I keep the middle clear and arrange clothes or towels around the sides.

This washing machine is the biggest piece of junk do not waste your money, Doesn’t last over a year until it candle handle any size load of laundry and becomes unbalanced and just keeps wasting water and electricity It literally became unbalanced while I was doing a load of laundry rags…. Waste of money do not purchase, Maytag is 10000 percent better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung 4.7 cu. ft. Large Capacity Smart Top Load Washer with Active WaterJet is very nice. It came packaged very well to prevent damage during shipment. The wash is super quiet. I downloaded the SmartThings app so I can schedule when I want my laundry to be done by and it sends me a notification when the cycle is complete. There are 7 different washing options for my different washing needs. I really like the soft close lid and the crisp design.
