I couldnt wait to get this product! We are a probiotic using household! I believe everyone should being probiotics. I really enjoy this product. The price point is fantastic for what you getting. Its one capsule with 25 billion sells from 14 different strains. This really helps with you gut flora. I really like the smaller bottle they all came in, saved on plastic. Do wish the bottle was recyclable though. The capsule is pretty average size and had no problem taking it. This is such an affordable purchase to get in some good bacteria and get your gut ecosystem back on track.

I started taking the Member's Mark Women's Daily Probiotic Dietary Supplement about 2 weeks ago. Since starting, i have noticed a reduction in bloating and stomach cramps. Ive also noticed that my cycle this month seems to be lighter and less intense. I'm excited to see the long term results.

Great product! Helps support a healthy digestive and immune system as well as vaginal health. You can start feeling a difference in your body within a couple of days. I felt my stomach lighter (digestive wise) and was able to be more productive throughout my day since i felt good about myself. Size of pill is my only con as I’m very bad at taking pills and it’s a little on the larger side but still doable.

Everything I am looking for in gut health! One simple to swallow pill once a day, could not be any easier! So far I have been on this about a month and have seen a huge change in my “bathroom habits”. So much relief and regulation that I desperately needed! I highly recommend

I am not sure how to tell a good from bad probiotic. These have a good amount and variety of strains and the price was right so I bought them. I bought because of the hype surrounding the gut- brain connection. I do not know if it is helping but it's not hurting.

Because the product also supports women’s health I’ve been able to stop taking a cranberry supplement as well!

I received this probiotic I thought a week ago. I wanted to wait to review it after I had some time with it. After week, I really am pleasantly surprised. It does what a good probiotic should do. My stomach feels better, I’m having more regular movement and just generally feeling more energy. Not energy like from a caffeine pill, but energy like I’m not bogged down. I’ll buy more and add it to my daily routine.

After more than one UTI I decided it was time to switch up some things and probiotics seemed like a great option to add to my routine. The Members Mark probiotics looked like a good option with a good amount of live cells and a good assortment of probiotic strains. So far I have been quite happy with them. I take one each morning with food (although it says you can do with or without food) and it’s been great. I like that because of the type of bottle I don’t have to keep it in the fridge, although if I wasn’t going to use it immediately I would put it in the fridge just to preserve shelf life. I also appreciate that the bottle isn’t huge as is the case with some supplements from Sam’s. Although I like the value size of the other ones it can be difficult to find a spot for those giant bottles! This is the perfect combination of good price, good value amount, and bottle size for me.
