Took a few weeks to adjust to this probiotic... but once I did, it works well me. I use this for gut and feminine health; vaginal flora. Side note: For a few weeks, I had extra clear discharge. Like the product but being free shipping was taken away without a $50 order doubt will be purchasing much more from Sam’s. Can only afford what I’m out of not have to make a minimum order. The only perk worth having plus for and took away before my subscription was up. Won’t be renewing.

I got this probiotic, twice now, because I was having stomach/ gut problems. Indigestion/ heartburn and skin issues from a bad gut. This probiotic has helped me greatly with my digestive issues. My skin is diffidently better with much less break outs. Not a cure but I look at it as long term aide to better health. I recommend and I will be purchasing again.
