Price is great! Quality was not very good. I began to take it to help offset antibiotics which has helped in the past, however this brand did not help. I found myself consuming 4-6 capsules to be minimally effective.

This product literally made me start my monthly cycle. Terrible cramps and a full period. When I stopped them.it stopped.taking a regular probiotic I dont have those symptoms.

Probiotics are definitely needed because of today’s foods. Found this one and it was relatively inexpensive. It’s a woman’s formula which has all the cultures we need and doesn’t need refrigeration.
