Got my gut back to normal.

It actually works. I got these to help my digestive tract recover from a round of antibiotics. The reason I chose them is because after some research I found that lactobacillus plantarum was a really good good gut bacteria to do that. And that was the first one listed in these. After about a week and half my gut was almost back to normal and now after about a month I feel so much better.
