Ive taken many different probiotics before with biotin and other vitamins. Never worked. I bought this last month it was on sale. By day two everything was working great. This makes me go regularly on a daily. First time in years I feel great.

Probiotics are definitely needed because of today’s foods. Found this one and it was relatively inexpensive. It’s a woman’s formula which has all the cultures we need and doesn’t need refrigeration.

I began buying these women's probiotics after I realized they were even better than a more expensive brand we were using. They are designed with women in mind. Of course, always talk to your physician as to whether or not you use and take at the appropriate time of the day.

These probotics are easy to take with no taste, aftertaste, or noticable side effects. As a vegetarian, supplements are an important part of my life and these have provided a pleasant difference in my overall digestive health. I have been taking these probiotics for a few years now. Maybe it's my imagination, but I have fewer bouts of flatulence and regular movements.

Very gentle on your stomach but strong enough to get the job done. Compared side by side with other Garden of Life dupes. Very close to the original.
