I am not sure how to tell a good from bad probiotic. These have a good amount and variety of strains and the price was right so I bought them. I bought because of the hype surrounding the gut- brain connection. I do not know if it is helping but it's not hurting.

I started using this probiotic about 4 weeks ago. I've noticed I generally do feel better and my overall digestive health seems to have improved. Since this is the first Probiotic I have taken, I do feel like I have to continue taking it to fully benefit.

I have taken these probiotics for about a week. I haven’t noticed any of the negative side effects that I have experienced with other probiotic supplements. These are small and very easy to swallow. I also like that they come in a bottle versus in a blister pack.

Although I just started taking this probiotic a few days ago and it is too soon to feel benefits, I find it refreshing to have a probiotic geared solely towards women. The capsule is small and easy to swallow, and can be taken with or without food. The box reads that it can benefit feminine health, the immune system, and the digestive system.

I’m really satisfied with the Sam’s Club probiotics for women’s health! I have a hard time taking pills, so these are a little hard for me to swallow, but I really feel like they do a good job. I like that they maintain pH balance. I have been taking them daily and can definitely tell a difference. I feel like I am having less UTIs. I will continue to use these and will purchase in the future!

I have been taking the probiotic pills for over a week now. I usually take them before I go to bed. It makes me very regular in the mornings. I don’t feel bloated anymore. I would recommend this product for women that need some support with digestion and personal wellness.

I didn’t realize I needed these until I started taking them and seeing the benefits! My body took so well to them. I highly recommend if you need to balance your PH. I’ve also noticed I’ve become more regular with bowel movements. Definitely plus!! So far no complaints!

I have always had trouble swallowing pills, but I absolutely love the small size of the pill. It is easy to swallow. At once a day, the 90 count bottle allows me to have a 3 month supply without having to go to the store. I really like that feature. I have a history of stomach issues and so far this product has helped calm my stomach. I am very excited to find a product to give me some stomach relief.
