After more than one UTI I decided it was time to switch up some things and probiotics seemed like a great option to add to my routine. The Members Mark probiotics looked like a good option with a good amount of live cells and a good assortment of probiotic strains. So far I have been quite happy with them. I take one each morning with food (although it says you can do with or without food) and it’s been great. I like that because of the type of bottle I don’t have to keep it in the fridge, although if I wasn’t going to use it immediately I would put it in the fridge just to preserve shelf life. I also appreciate that the bottle isn’t huge as is the case with some supplements from Sam’s. Although I like the value size of the other ones it can be difficult to find a spot for those giant bottles! This is the perfect combination of good price, good value amount, and bottle size for me.

I started using this probiotic about 4 weeks ago. I've noticed I generally do feel better and my overall digestive health seems to have improved. Since this is the first Probiotic I have taken, I do feel like I have to continue taking it to fully benefit.

My GI doc office recommended I add probiotics for women to my daily regimen. This is in addition to taking a fiber supplement drink every night before bedtime. I can definitely tell a difference in the reduction of bloating and cramping in the lower tract. Very important when one suffers from IBS.

I’ve used this product for about two weeks now and I’ve noticed a difference in the way I feel during the day. I don’t feel bloated after eating. I take a pill at night before bedtime which allows me to use the bathroom in the morning. I don’t feel sluggish and have more energy during the day. I will definitely continue to use this product!

I'm accustomed to buying the name brand (Physicians Choice) and tried this Sam's brand instead. The tablets had a strong chemical odor, and seemed ineffective. I called the 800 number on the box. They took my information and asked me to save the product (not return it) in case they needed to request it back for analysis. A month passed with no word from the manufacturer. I called them again and they said to go ahead and try to return it, or dispose of it. They basically tried to filibuster having a customer return their product.

This probiotic does help maintain regular, daily bowel movements. Typically, I am more irregular, borderline constipated. The biggest negative side effect would be that this probiotic causes me to be significantly more gassy. Maybe my body needs more time to adjust. However, this side effect far outweighs the good it does for me, so at this time, I stopped taking the probiotic.
