If you have already tried using the additional silicone tips in a variety of sizes to get a more secure fit, we recommend doing a fit test while wearing the buds. While connected to your device, the Samsung Wearables App can be used to perform a fit test and make recommendations if you do not have the device properly placed. They are placed in a small cardboard box inside the packaging for the device.
