Love these! They have great sound and they fit in my ears and stay put. Everyone's ears are different and most times buds fall out of my ears (which is why I usually prefer the over ears headphones), but these stay in place. I love how easy it is to switch between galaxy phones with them (I have a galaxy phone for personal and another for work).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, these bids work best on Samsung, and second best on other Android phones. You can set them up with an Android phone downloading the Samsung companion app change eq and touch control settings.  The seetings save to the buds.  Then I paired them to my iPhone. Easy peasy. They sound great, fit well, and have great features.  I enjoy the noise cancelling and transparent modes. They also mute the music when I start talking so I can have a conversation without taking out the buds. Amazing!   The fit so well in my ear the I slept on my side while listening to music.  This was a life goal.  I am very pleased.

These buds are awesome.    Don't skip the set up process. Install the app on your device.  Go to earbud settings, then Earbud test fit.  Then run the test, if you don't get the proper fit try adjusting them.  If still no go then change the tips.  They come with Small, Medium, and Large. Swap them out until you gat it correct.  I needed large. Changed them out and now perfect.  Noise cancelling is perfect. It's all in the set up.

Samsung just keeps getting better. Buds Pro 2

The Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro arrived with the promise of enhancing the auditory experience, but they seem to have missed the mark in a few critical areas. While they boast a sleek design and some incremental improvements, they fall short of their predecessors, particularly in terms of ambient sound quality and customization.

The quality of the ambient sound is not as clear or natural as expected, making it challenging to stay aware of your surroundings without compromising on the audio experience.

A glaring omission is the inability to adjust the volume of the ambient sound. This lack of control can be frustrating for users who want to tailor the balance between their music and the environment around them.

Despite these shortcomings, the Buds2 Pro do offer a comfortable fit and decent noise cancellation. However, the drawbacks in ambient sound handling are too prominent to overlook, especially for users who rely on this feature regularly.

The Buds2 Pro might cater to those looking for basic noise cancellation and a Samsung-branded product, but for those seeking a refined and customizable listening experience, they might not hit the right note.

A Step Back in User Experience

Sound quality is excellent, amazing fit. However, in the noise cancelling mode, you can hear voices distinctly. In my case, I put the earbuds in to drown out nearby conversations or music I don't like, so it doesn't quite work for me. But it does drown out other noises amazingly! Just drives me crazy that it can't drown out voices.

I have been an avid samsung user, and owns so many samsung device. I must say I am disappointed with this specific one. I had galaxy buds plus earlier and they were awesome both with sound and fit, but these are terrible fit and sound not half as good as my previous. I hope something can be done about this.

Earbuds fall out all the time and I had to order multiple different tips but nothing seems to work. Also the buds randomly stop playing music for a couple seconds very frequently for how expensive they are you would think they wouldnt have issues right off the bat.

They did not fit comfortably in your ear. You can easily lose them because they fall out.
