Audio is easily better than competitors. The only thing that can be improved is the mic quality. It picks up lot of background noise and reduces the call quality. Noise cancelation is amazing, battery backup is good enough for a week's consumption. Charging is fast. GalaxyAI integration works well.

The Galaxy Buds 2 Pro are truly excellent in both sound quality and battery life. The audio experience they deliver is amazing, with great sound profiles that make for great listening for all my music. Moreover, the battery life is impressive, allowing me to listen for extended periods without worrying about constantly recharging. Even with ambient sound enabled im allowed enough listening without even coming close to the earbuds being dead. The longevity of the battery ensures that I can keep listening all day, whether it's a road trip or a busy day at school. These earbuds are a great addition for anyone who values sound and long-lasting battery in their earbuds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the best Bluetooth headphones that I have ever owned. They give 24-bit audio with my Galaxy S22 Ultra and do Dolby Atmos. They last a long time before they have to be recharged. With the charging case I only have to charge the case every 6 - 7 days. They fit securely in my ears. Even when exercising. They are great for making phone calls with. I would highly recommend these to anyone with an Android phone.

The audio is great, noise cancellation and ambient sound are great, and the battery life/charging are unparalleled. My greatest frustrations concern the charging case and the tap features. -The case design is loose and vulnerable: Meaning that even a short drop sends your buds flying out everywhere. -You can only use "Find My Device"features while the individual buds are out. (If you misplace the case, you're out of luck. -The pairing process is also a bit clunky now. I remember just being able to tap and hold the buds to connect/disconnect/search Bluetooth; now you must tap and hold both WHILE they're in the case. -The buds are still too prone to accidental taps. Maybe they should opp for a button, or maybe software could make the touch panel less sensitive/more intelligent. They're still a top teir choice for wireless earbuds in terms of audio quality, compatability, and features. Hopefully they'll figure those improvements out with the next version.

But with this one, Buds2 pro, I can say both quality and max sound level have been upgraded. Also, they are very lighter compared to previous version.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im currently using the Buds 2 Pro since release. The Pro, rightfully so, is the best buds I've ever used. The sound quality alone is amazing. The active noise canceling is really good. Some may say it doesnt cancel enough but why would u want that? That's dangerous in my opinion. The ANC is highly effective by reducing background noises without sacrificing the awesome sound quality. The B2P, Buds2Pro, is really comfortable for long usages. The only downside is using while working out. I find myself readjusting the buds quite often during my cardio. If im doing any other workout, it stays put even when sweating alot. The real question now is, should I get the next gen buds while im still enjoying this? With the Galaxi AI on the rise, the buds does pick up my voice and speech pattern accurately even with my accent, which is very comforting. 4.5 stars in my book. Good job samsung team.

I don't see a reason on why I wouldn't considering the have pretty good sound quality and depth that could match up to over head headphones at times! Build quality is also a pretty sleek look and a well built way to take a lot of damage than you would think it does!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mainly bought this earbuds for work use. I use them when driving from one work location to the other, or during long phone calls. The overall noice cancelation and sound quality is great. Also the ambient noise is perfect for when I'm on the phone and someone else is trying to communicate. I will say the price I paid was definitely worth it.

Initially, I had some issues with the noise cancellation doing some weird stuff but that has been remedied with updates. The sound itself is great, the 360 degree sound is an awesome feature. The sound quality on calls is a bit tinny from what I can tell but it does a great job at cancelling ambient noises around me so the caller can hear me clearly. These could use some better tips to fit in the ear but they stay put okay. My biggest issue right now is the case. It worked great for the first couple of months but the battery life, after only a little over 4 months, has dropped off significantly. Additionally, the wireless charging has stopped working altogether. I've tried submitting a claim but keep getting an error when I get to the final page to submit and it says to call customer support. I may update this with a higher rating if I can get this resolved but it shouldn't have these issues in such a short period of time. None of the previous models had this issue.

The galaxy buds have been nothing short of perfect. The battery lasts a long time, the ability to easily switch between ambient sound and noise canceling is wonderful. The audio quality and ability to take advantage of the base when listening to music is wonderful. I have not used any of the Galaxy AI features with the buds because I don't know if it even exists.
