My only gripe is when the volume keeps dropping over every little notification on my phone. Was able to change a bunch of setting to help them work continuously. Wish they were louder but that's my main complaint on on every wireless earbud

Makes daily functions so much easier with calls, while your hands are occupied to allowing sounds to come in when going for a run. I've never had the "other guys" headphones but with ease of use and great features it sure would be hard to top them. Not to mention the new ai features, samsung is definitely keeping on the cutting edge of technology.

And the ambient mode is awesome I can still hear what going on and have them in. They are comfortable enough that I have fallen asleep in them. And the auto switch from my tablet to my phone is a feature I didn't know I needed till I had it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from the original Galaxy buds (which were still working and I got them fairly close to release) They are comfortable and I use them all the time for audiobooks, working out and teleconferencing for work.

i liked how the new buds 2 pro sounded but after only wearing them for a shorts time my ears started to itch the after a while after that i started noticing fluid coming out my ears. i stopped wearing them and the infection went away and then i thought i would try them again and again another ear infection

Going for a run and not hearing but me and my music is all I need and all I want I get lost in euphoria I can't wait to see what the newest buds have in store for me. Samsung all the way!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my buds daily working, working out and leisurely. They stay put in my ears comfortably. They also hold a great charge. I start off with my right bud it last for about 3 to 4 hours continuous play depending on volume usage. They have an adapted hearing feature that you select for your age group. I've also misplaced them several times, using the smart things app I was able to locate therm easily by using the nearby search and ring options on the Smart Things Find app.. The ring option gets louder as it plays making it easier to find. I can jog, lift weights, wash dishes all while listening to my favorite tunes. With clear crisp sound. And the bass quality is awesome. They also connect to my watch 5.. So now I get an alert when and if I leave them behind so I don't sit them down and get to far from them nearly as much. So I do a lot less searching for them. Due to the fact that I am a forgetful person. I've had the Bud Lives and the Pro Buds these are by far my favorites(Pro Buds 2). I would recommend these overall to anyone looking to purchase ear buds.

But now these are out and I can't get enough of them. Especially the comfort I get from them, plus the sound is remarkable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Samsung ear buds for several years and they keep getting better with sound quality. I use them for work, relaxing and when I go walking. One down side is they will easily fall out of your ears if I go on a run or workout. Samsung needs to address the find my buds feature if an ear bud is separated from the case the app cannot find the single earbud. I would like to see Samsung spend more time on fit as the sound quality is excellent and leaves little room for improvement. Overall they are on the higher priced side given the issues that have to be addressed. Will I get the next Buds Pro? Probably.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my buds2 pro for all my devices audio. I love the noise canceling feature and the quality of sound. The only complaint I have is the pronouncing of th and s sounds it is sharp and painful but over time I have learned to ignore it.
