[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Buds 2 Pro. They are the best tonpair with my Galaxy phone. I use them when i go to the gym with the ANC, to focus on my routine and they are excellent. The sound quality is great, and the best is the customization that i can do in the app. If you have a Galaxy device there are no best Buds than this.

i had the original galaxy pro earbuds and the fit was awful. when i ordered the galaxy pro 2 earbuds i did it with anticipation that the fit for my ears would be better. it is a huge improvement. however, the battery life is just plain awful. i charge my case and battery to 100% everyday. when i talk they only last 45 min or.less until i get the message that they are at 15%. i have power saving feature on my galaxy ultra 21, i don't know if it is also available on the earbuds. samsung needs the original pro battery life with the galaxy pro 2 fit. then the earbuds will be close to perfection

With its features, you can customize the Buds Pro by changing the touch features on both sides to suite your needs. In addition, pairing with a Samsung Device allows auto connect as well as other great features. Overall, the Galaxy Buds Pro surprised me with how well it pairs with my devices. 5/5 would recommend.

I initially loved the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. They were solid when I first got them; I'd say the best earbuds I have ever used. But after the last few firmware updates, they now suffer from latency and frequently audio stops/stutters. They're no longer a joy to use. In fact, the interruptions are so frequent that they are practically unusable. Sadly, I'm going to have to buy something else to replace these, and it won't be Samsung.

Also using these are buds with the Galaxy AI live call translating, I can talk to my Spanish friends with no issues!

You got the nice noise canceling which is nice, and when you are playing music they really block out the world around you. Just sometimes you just want pure silence. I don't have use for the ambient sounds choice. It seems to amplify sounds that aren't voices. I wish that the batteries lasted longer.

The sound quality is very good, the noise canceling is the best I've ever had and the pass through is super intuitive and exactly what I was hoping for. These are the best buds I've ever owned and I honestly love them so much!

The app and that you can tune the ambient sound function making them more useful for receiving calls while driving than my car radios Bluetooth functions. And as for fit they stay in my ears comfortably through over an hour of cardio amd weights at the gym. Excellent product and good battery life
