Switching from noise canceling to open ear in one touch is my favorite function. I tell everyone to try them when they ask how they are. At this point I have 2 pairs so it's easy to share when someone wants to try.

I was really looking forward to my new Buds2 Pro to replace my previous Samsung buds, but I am so disappointed. While the sound quality and noise canceling are very good, I cannot get the Buds to fit comfortably, and they routinely fall out of my ears. I have tried all the different tips and completed the fit test through the app numerous times, but they are simply slightly too bulky for my ear, apparently. At this point, they are unusable, which is disappointing, as I have had countless Samsung mobile and household products for a long time with good results.

The noise canceling features are made apparent when running near busy roads, it completely silences vehicles even when playing music at a low volume. I enjoy how long the buds last before needing to charge them, a can go several days before my case has been completely drained of battery. The buds don't fall out and the sleek profile and easy touch controls make the buds my go to listening device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mainly use these for workouts since long wearing sessions such as when studying can cause ear pain. I've dropped them many times and they still appear flawless. The sound to me is quite good, at least by bluetooth earbud measures. The main reason for a point off was the touch controls. They would read unintended inputs while I was adjusting them in my ears quite frequently, and when I wanted to change songs, it would always do the opposite of what I wanted somehow. After disabling this function, they're much better for running.

But luckily,they seem to have worked out those initial bugs and updated the issues i had before. I love that there is a find my buds feature as this has helped me so many time i thought I lost them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these two replace the original Samsung Galaxy buds that I bought around 3 years ago. Those were great headphones so I didn't have a problem upgrading to these when I seen I could get a trade in for the old ones. So far the sound quality is really good, better than the old ones for sure. The functionality is the same so it was an easy transition for me. On the previous buds I could use one earbud and still use the ambient noise feature but on these new ones for some reason in order to use the ambient or noise canceling you have to have both earbuds in. That's relatively inconvenient for me in my job when I'm only allowed to wear one earbud at a time. Part of the reason I bought these is because they were compatible with the new Galaxy AI which I am really looking forward to using. However, I guess I didn't read the fine print and I have the Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra, which is not yet supported. So when I upgrade my phone the next time I will be able to use it, just not yet. So far phone calls sound good and I have had no complaints from people saying they couldn't hear me. I really enjoy these and hope they last as long as the last pair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Galxy Buds 2 pro during work alot and the noise canceling is amazing it helps me stay focused and the Labs feature where if it detects voices helps me in the Restaurant environment when people want to talk to me I'm Able to hear them while listening to my favorite song. Also, if I ever lose my headphones, I'm able to find it with Smart Things. The sound quality with every song it Emerces you in the music. I recommend the Galxy Buds 2 Pro to anyone who want to be able to find if lost,great sound, and many features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My experience with the Buds 2 Pro has been a mostly positive experience. As far as sound quality they perform great and volume is enough even though I have a bit of hearing loss. Quality wise they have withstood being dropped numerous times and put through workouts with moisture and sweat and still work the same. I have had issues in the sauna because they overheat quickly (under 10 minutes) but they weren't exactly built to withstand 150 degrees so I can't complain there. Fit leaves some improvement to be desired but for the most part they perform well all fits can't be the same and I realize this. They sit in my ear well and are comfortable. When running, walking, or doing exercise they mostly stay in place. Any slight movement to wipe my face with a towel they tend to get loose or fall out though. Overall I would recommend a pair to anybody interested. I've had them well over a year and they still work the same as when I got them. Besides a few flaws I'm still happy with my purchase and the good outweighs the bad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using other brand earbuds for a while and decided to buy the Samsung Buds 2 Pro and to my surprise, I love the sound quality. They have excellent sound clarity and you will love them. The touch features Samsung allows you to use are great and I love that they give us an option to disable the touch features - sometimes it is really useful when we are on the bed avoiding accidental touches. The only part I feel sad about is, I'm still trying to figure how to keep them stay inside the ear without they slowly coming outside.
