[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are my daily drive headphones and I truly love them. They sound so good, battery life is great. They make working and exercise so much nicer. Genuine impact on my life, BUT... The touch controls are really bad. I often work and these headphones touch zones activate by sweat and start continuous reducing the volume by itself. It's also hard to stop music when you intend to. It's common for me to attempt to pause while someone is talking and be unable to do so for 5 to 10 seconds of trying. Now if they release a version similar to the Apple pro pods with the squeeze controls with this same quality of sound. I'd put that in my cart immediately

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One word, WOW! I WAS ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY by the performance of my galaxy buds pro2 series headphones! I use my headphones when I'm in public to listen to music while interacting with the world, let me tell you these buds are nothing short of amazing! First off the ambient mode is so crisp and clear I can hear everything everyone around me is saying with precise and perfect clarity. Better than my regular hearing. The noise canceling also shuts out 100% of the background sounds I don't want to hear and delivers really voices only so following along in conversations is way easier. The bass in these buds is magical! I don't know how they got so much bass and range of sound into these tiny things. You know what else most other buds fall out of my ears these buds fit so snugly and perfectly I can't even tell they are there... I'm so happy I bought these buds I don't know how I got along before without them I would buy them in 100 different colors if they had them. 10 stars for these buds I highly recommend if you don't own a pair that you go get some and fast, your ears will thank you for it I promise! Best purchase of the year!!!

They do not fall out when exercising. They have great noise canceling. The ambient sound feature is great for making phone calls or video chatting. They do 24 bit HD audio. They also work with my PC, Vizio TV , Sony 4k Blu-ray player and Yamaha Receiver. They have great battery life with the charging case. I recomend these 2 any one with a high end Galaxy phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall very near perfect earbuds for daily regular use. Starting with the sound quality, I felt as if they were pretty good. The only negative I would say is the base [even after changing the sound settings] is not to my standard. But this is more of a personal preference. The battery life is fine as long as your using one earbud at a time. Letting them recharge between the use of each. Definitely industry standard in terms of batter life. The touch controls are pretty good even with nylon gloves on. Plus the added benefit of being able to control what the tap controls can do in the samsung app is very convenient. For gym use or any sort of exercise/ movement use. Honestly if it's just walking or anything that involved light movement, these work perfectly. Would not recommend for vigorous workouts or movements. The budspro2 tend move around due to falling out of the ear. The user will have to continuously adjust the earbud to keep it in. I would add in the shower these buds work perfect. No issues with water from a normal showerhead at all. I would recommend these buds to anyone who is in the market for a low profile daily use earbud. As for on the phone, these noise canceling worked great no issues there I would say they are at or above industry standard. People on the other end of calls said they could hear me just fine. I have a pair of these (Black ones) that my husband handed down to me when he got a new upgraded pair.. I like the sound quality, however my ears and ear canals are so much smaller than his that they won't stay put and always fall out and the smallest ear tips they came with are still too big. In addition I am quite disappointed that I can't find any ear hooks that go around your ears similar to hearing aids that are compatible with this model. I think if I had something like that, it would make them a little more bearable. Can this be remedied somehow? I am sure that I may not be the only person with this particular conundrum.

The battery life between both the case and buds is real good without having to charge often. The wireless Charger capability is real good to when you use it with the Trio Charger. The Noise Cancelation that it had is real good when listening to music and not worrying about the outside environment when Studying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these for my wife and she absolutely loves them. She says these the best galaxy headphones she has owned. She has had at least 3 pairs. She doesn't mind upgrading to the newest because she says that Samsung doesn't just do a dog an pony show, they deliver new and better. She was impressed. Loves the feel. Loves the fit. She uses them for hours and no pain at all.

Bad fit, if you're working out or in some kind of construction job these constany need to be adjusted, always falling out, guides don't help, Bluetooth is choppy, music cuts in and out periodically, never had that issue with previous version, if I answer a phone call through my watch sound won't go through my buds it'll go through my watch which I never had an issue with with the original buds pro, sound always went to my headphones even if I answered through my phone or my watch, you can't have just one headphone in for the ambient sound to work you have to have both, which is dumb since the original could do it, music does sound better, but every other feature took a step backwards, definitely not worth the orice
