I am a service technician and need my hands free for tools and repairs. I've had them for months now, and I do not have a single complaint. I have abused these buds and dropped them numerous times, and still no problem. Every day I read about new features like passive listening. I can have my buds in playing music, and still hear what's going on around me, like the buds weren't there. There's also a really cool noise cancelling mode that creeps me out a bit, cause all I can hear is my breathing and heartbeat. I just read that there will be all sorts of new features with Galaxy AI that I'm excited to explore. Any way you look at it,take it from someone that used to go through 5-8 sets of buds a year. These look like they're in it for the long haul.

I can have on ambient noise mode so I can still hear when a coworker needs to talk to me, and can switch to noise canceling mode when I'm on or call. There's also an in-between mode for when I need to focus. And I can switch between these with simple taps. Love how many features you can get with this, especially compared with the cost of some other brands that don't offer as much.

The active listening mode allows me to hear my surroundings and tune into whichever background music I choose. The battery lasts me through my 8 hour shift with a short recharging period when I take breaks, and the inclusion of 3D audio means I am getting the most out of my music subscriptions. The case is outfitted with a nice grip that does not slide around on flat surfaces and leaves no scuffs on my desk. The earbuds work well with the widget on my phone, allowing for controls from the homescreen that are easy to access and allows me to flip through their modes at a moments notice. I'm impressed with how well they work compared to other wireless earbuds, and I will be using these earbuds for the future to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The audio from these bad boys is incredible. I went from the Airpods Pro to these Buds2 Pro, and WOW. They truly do provide an ethereal experience of sound. Great clarity, as if I am hearing the music play a private performance. So far, my only issues with the device are the features. For example, you control the device by just tapping/pressing the device itself. This becomes an issue as you wear it. As the buds sit in my ear, they gradually slip out a little bit. I have tried using the different sizes, but they do still move in my ears. However, whenever I go to push them back in to provide the proper fit, it triggers the button sensors and will pause my music or end my phone call. It becomes frustrsting when I am on a call and cannot adjust my buds into my ear without setting them off. A cool feature is that the buds can detect when you are speaking and lower the volume so you can hear conversation. This is great. However it does this even when you make simple noise like clearing your throat. Perhaps it is to be expected, but I was also disappointed that it does the same when you sing. Other than that, it's fine. Again, the audio is superb and out-of-this-world. It is just that the features are a little hit-or-miss.

These are bi far the most comfortable the most clear and the best fitting buds. I have ever had our own. They have great base great travel. You can put in both in at work and still here the person next to you while. Listening to your music they are amazing 5 out 5. Or 10 out of 10.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This galaxy buds2 pro is the perfect match for the Samsung Family with my watch and Galaxy S22U, the sound is absolutely amazing and the noise cancelation awesome. It fits perfectly with my ears and is totally easy to use. The only thing (so smal thing) is the switch between modes in the same bud, I'm new with the product and still trying to understand how it's work. But everything else is wonderful.

They are some of the most comfortable ear buds I've used. I used to have the apple air pods and the quality of sound and comfort from the samsungs is so much better in my opinion. If you are hesitanton buying some of these, take my word, go for it.
