[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound would be definitely an upside for this your phone switch mostly would I would recommend for utilitarian purpose attending meetings but it has a pretty good sound the base is punchy I kind of like it that way the finish is pretty good and they really feel premium.

The only issue I have is that they fall out of my ears so easily when exercising. Would love if they had some kind of grip to the ear to stay in place, even with the ear piece in place. But overall great product. Love my Samsung products.

They fit perfect, and you have new features like 360° sound, that make you feel into the music. Is changing when you turn your head. I love them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always loved my previous Samsung Buds but these did not live up to their past. The sound quality is great but the buds are very hard to get out of my ears after putting them in. This makes the volume control very difficult to control. I could've lived with it but just after about a month of having them, the charger stopped charging the left earbud randomly so it's been dead for a while now. And now the charging dock works intermittently for the right bud only. Other than that, the sound is good as mentioned. The ambient and noise canceling work really well, making the music sound that much better. Overall I would purchase an older version before getting another pair of these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One giant leap for these earbuds, the continually and more regularly released cognitive and continuity updates brought to us from Samsung have done nothing but improve my experience with these buds, and the relationship started great. Let me start by saying they do have their flaws, whether it be lack of finding a place to put them when needed to take them out in a hurry, a finicky passthrough feature, sensitive to hats/headwear without the ability to get suggested press to hold options (speaking from initial experience ), and occasionally connectivity issues that leave static or one of the earbuds offline. Given these cons these are still one of the best ear buds on the market, overall sound quality, durability and design, a user friendly app without hidden control options. Anything that has or could go wrong with my buds I self serviced in 5 minutes or less with these traits attached to these excellent purchase options fo, exercise, office use, driving, yard work, or any werer in between that they don't compromise safety.

I bought these looks nice, great sound only problem is they fall out of my ears more than my previous Galaxy Buds live. I tired to ensure its properly fitted using the app but I can't run with these, they just fall out of my ears. My previous buds probably fell out like two times in 2 yrs i had it but the Buds pro 2 has already fell out about 20 times and only bought it in August 2022......I need back my Buds live plz

Also, ANC is solid and holds up to 5 hours of charge with ANC on. This has been a best purchase for me with respect to headphones. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my buds with my phone when I go to the gym, to answer video calls for online meetings, and to focus on my work when I need some silence/non-disruptive background noise. The buds do some great work. I never have issues with their sound quality nor noise cancelation. Sometimes, people will approach me and begin talking to me and the adaptive ambient noise really helps make the noise cancelation -> conversation transition effortless and smooth. My one single gripe is that the buds don't come with additional ear tip stock, as the do fit a bit too snug in my ears. After using them for a few days though, I've come to get used to them and have no qualms. Excellent device

I love the findmybuds option incase I do leave them somewhere. The buds have great sound and base. Noise canceling. I don't hear any gym music or any other noises while the buds are in.
