I got these about a year ago, upgrade from the regular buds that came with my phone while they do sound better they fall out of my ears all the time and the noise calencelation is terrible. I can literally her the noise driving in my work van over the buds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the Galaxy Buds2 pro are perfect for my daily activities. They stay in during intense workouts and have almost no latency when watching videos. The battery life is great and so is the sound quality especially when tweaked with the in-app equalizer. My only gripe is that once or twice a month the ambient sound mode will periodically stop working in one earbud and not the other and sometimes their is a high pitch ringing that will occur when the 360-Audio feature is enabled. All of these minor issues I've been able to fix by placing them in the charging case for a couple seconds and then they're back to normal.

How fast they connect by their selves when I put them on is one of my favorite things with my busy life with 3 kids, I need my devices working fast, when I get a call I don't have to wait or do anything extra to have my calls through the buds2. They sound so real, I don't know how to describe it, is like I don't have them on, like the sound is inside my ears and I love that when I move my head the sound switch depending of where is located the device that is playing the sound. A plus...I just dropped one of them by accident in the sink while doing dishes, I dried and shake them and it's working just fine. I'm very happy with them.

To my favorite music when doing conference calls, I can hear Clearly. I'm heard clearly and background. Noise seems to be placed out creating nicely. When listening to music, bass notes are good. noise Canceling is great. I am able to walk through downtown Kansas City and it'll block out a lot of the noise which is fantastic. Head tracking is a fun feature. These are comfortable and in my opinion a great upgrade of the previous pro buds. Can't recommend enough.⁷

The buds have a bass boost feature that dosent add extra wear to the speaker. The smart noise canceling feature is amazing! You have an option for uninterrupted noise canceling and a model for when people talk to you so I never have to take them off. They also help boost ambient sound, just in case you want to be extra alert of your surroundings🥰. Overall i love my galaxy buds and they were worth every penny, opt for the pros for the extra features and luxury.

these were my first wireless earbuds and they're so disappointing. every time i so much as turn my head 0.5cm they automatically pause. every song or video pauses 500 times. i don't know if it's my hair brushing over it or the in-ear detection, but it's jarring and terrible. i can't eat lunch or walk my dog with them. the app cannot stop it and even if it did, it only works when on your phone and not if you have them connected to something else. wish i could return them
