I wanted them from the moment I saw them, but my ear anatomy has always forbidden ALL buds, so before even buying them, I was pretty sure these would be no different. I was right, and thus, a year of frustration began. I tried sooo many different solutions and hacks, but I could never enjoy my cutebuds. I finally discovered (thanks to someone else online) that if i just cut the neck band piece from those anti-lost bands you can buy, and keep the silicone parts that attach to the buds themselves, THEY STAY IN! I can now enjoy some freakin FANTASTIC sound through some Samsung buds with my favorite metal. I'm so happy I get to have my dream purple buds, cohesive with my cute purple Flip 5 in my cute hunny pot case cover!

Also, ANC is solid and holds up to 5 hours of charge with ANC on. This has been a best purchase for me with respect to headphones. I would recommend Samsung Buds 2 Pro to everyone who is looking for an earbuds which is Anti-Apple. Thank you Samsung !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] these buds sound good but they don't reliably stay in my ears with any of the tip sizes. when I go to push them back in, it's hard not to accidentally pause my music. even sometimes just walking is enough to shake them loose from my ears

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these on the train to block out excessive noise and the are great but it was a bit of trial and error to find out which of the tips work best for my ear and they still get lose sometimes. Other than that they are fantastic! I love how I can mute an entire train or bus and focus on my breathing like I'm alone on the couch!

The touch sensitivity is on point too and so fast. They are also so fast to connect to your phone and the design very good .

Something I have always had problems with before, but I was pleasantly surprised how easily they fit and adjusted to my specific ears. Sound quality was perfection especially when using Galaxy AI. Outstanding battery life that outlasted any other past products.

Bought these a few weeks ago. The sound quality is great fit is good. But they are extremely frustrating. The right ear and case connect to blue tooth just fine but it takes me a half our of restarting unpairing and general nonsense to get it to connect to both buds. For the expense that these are this shouldn't be an issue. Very disappointed. For reference I have a galaxy 21+ I use these with and use the wearable app that these where designed for.
