I can easily switch back and forth from Active Sound Cancelling and start/stop music with a tap. The Bluetooth handoff when you open the case is quick and seamless. The only thing I don't like is that if you leave your buds behind somewhere with the case closed, "Find My Buds" can't find them. You can only find your buds if they're out of the case or the case is open. That's the only flaw that I can find with these.

The sound quality is amazing. I mostly use them while reading and listening to music. So far so good. Learning the software is fun. I discover something new every day. At 75 years old I must say some new technology is a bit of a challenge but my new s23 ultra and my new galaxy 6 classic watch are a great pair with these buds. Keep up the good work.

Got these with my new phone. The sound is fine but the fit really bites. They provide 3 different sizes of ear plugs and NONE of them provide a fit that the earbuds themselves consider a 'good fit.' I'm using the one that got the best feedback from their app (good fit/connection) but theyt still keep falling out of my ears. My older ones without the stem fit much better.

These have a lot of bells and whistles, play nice with galaxy devices and are a solid value. I was a bit disappointed that they don't seem to fit my ears as well as the original Pro and one of the tips mesh filters fell out almost immediately. Other than that, they're been pretty solid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Buds2 are Samsung's latest wireless earbuds and they have a lot of cool features, but they're not perfect. First off, they look great and are really comfortable to wear, which is awesome if you like listening to music for hours. The sound is pretty good too, with clear music and voices. But, if you're really into music, you might notice that the deep sounds (bass) aren't as strong as they could be. One of the best things about these earbuds is that they can block out a lot of background noise, so you can focus on your music or calls. But sometimes, this doesn't work perfectly and you can still hear noises like cars or people talking. Also, the battery life is okay, but if you use them a lot during the day, you might need to charge them before the day is over. So, they're good earbuds, but there are a few things that could be better.

You can have the ambient noise off to close off all sounds around you or have it on to hear the smallest of sounds. Streaming YouTube with these is great. I also enjoy Streaming Amazon music for great output on the bass

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own many pairs of wireless earbuds and headphones, ranging from Sony XM4, AirPod Pro 2, AirPod Max, and other mainstream name brands. And this is the best allaround best ANC earbuds on the market now. The sound is on par with Sony XM4 or slightly better, offers the best in ears comfort. The only short coming of these buds is actually the battery life, which is about 3.5 hrs with ANC on. But to me it is not that important, I need to take breaks from wearing the buds every 2 hours anyway.

They have great active noise cancellation (ANC) that blocks out most background noise, and they're comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The sound quality is also good, with clear vocals and good bass response. I especially like the fact that the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro have a vent system that helps to prevent earwax buildup. This is something that I've had a problem with with other earbuds, so it's great to see that Samsung has addressed this issue. Overall, I'm really happy with the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. They're a great pair of wireless earbuds that offer a good balance of features, performance, and price.

Poor sound quality compared to other buds at the same price. Same with transparent/ambient background sounds are not as good as other buds for the same price. Overall, I love them.
