[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality in these is absolutely amazing and it follows closely the target curve of what majority of people find natural sounding. I use mine for listening mostly to music and some movies and YouTube and they're really great for everything. The active noise canceling is superb and being able to support Dolby at most makes certain things like movies, more immersive feeling. Another thing I really like is the soft material they used for the entire case, has a really nice texture to it. I wish I could rate half stars because really this would be a 4.5 only because one of their updates changed the widget. You used to be able to easily tell batter if each earbuds and the case battery, but now you can no longer see the battery level of the case. Other than that, amazing product

Sound quality is far superior compared to the other "premium brands" we have around the house, and battery life is better too! Highly recommend to anyone for work or working out, or just to sit and relax.

I paid a bit more over that credit, and all the while I thought to myself, I really do not need these. They will arrive, they will be a pain like the last time I purchased buds, and I will throw them aside because they are so difficult to use. WRONG!!!! These are absolutely FABULOUS!!! I cannot believe how easy they are to use, and how much I enjoy using them. There is no suffering to connect to any device I have like my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra phone, but also my non-Samsung laptop and tablet. They are comfortable, and the sound is awesome. They have a correct fit tester which really helps to make sure they are in your ears correctly. You can have noise-cancelling or ambient noise. I have tried both, and they both work very well. I am so happy I ordered them that when I use them, I feel like a giddy teenager. Trust me, I am not. ;) I highly recommend these, and I am so happy they come in different colors. I purchased the violet to match my violet phone. What fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Galaxy Budz2 Pro for work mostly, its actually a really great set of headphones. I can hear people clearly and they can hear me. It does sometimes have like a static like noice when my hair touches it but I brush the hair away and its back to normal. I also had an issue when I lost them for about a month and couldnt find them. The find my buds only works when its connected to your phone, which is only when you are using them so I couldn't find them for a while. I cried when i found them because I sincerely missed them. The sound is crisp and you genuinely have a great experience listening to music. I also may or may not use them to drown out the children when they are yelling at each other in the car.

the good - the surround sound (gave 3 star just because of this feature otherwise maybe 2) - is comfortable even when used continuously for 4 1/2 hours (i was sitting in one place all through, so no clue if used when one is doing some physical activity such as run/jog or is on the move) the bad - at times makes noise when hair moves ever so slightly. -when anc is inactive this pair can be used for a little over 4 1/2 hours with volume set around 30%. -from 10% to 1% the battery drains in about a couple of minutes. - from 1% to completely discharge it takes about 8 minutes. -priced way too high for its performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a really hard time making the decision to trade in my original galaxy buds that I got with the release of the galaxy S10+. They have been amazing and I used them every day. I was afraid the lack of wings on the Buds2 Pro would cause these to fall out. I was afraid they would hurt my ears. I was afraid the battery life wasn't as good All of that has been proven wrong with my experience. I have gone on multiple runs with these and they do not need adjusting nearly as much as the original buds. They are very comfortable. And the battery life is great. I love being able to now see the battery percent of the case. The ANC and Ambient Noise modes are WAY better than I could have thought. I use these when I need a quiet moment at the office or at home and a simple long-press of a bud makes everything clear like you were not wearing them at all. Way better than the ambient noise mode on the original buds. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Buds2 are Samsung's latest wireless earbuds and they have a lot of cool features, but they're not perfect. First off, they look great and are really comfortable to wear, which is awesome if you like listening to music for hours. The sound is pretty good too, with clear music and voices. But, if you're really into music, you might notice that the deep sounds (bass) aren't as strong as they could be. One of the best things about these earbuds is that they can block out a lot of background noise, so you can focus on your music or calls. But sometimes, this doesn't work perfectly and you can still hear noises like cars or people talking. Also, the battery life is okay, but if you use them a lot during the day, you might need to charge them before the day is over. So, they're good earbuds, but there are a few things that could be better.
