These earbuds work wonderfully for outdoor activities, indoor ones such as chores, exercise, yoga, and even just jamming to music around the house. Noise canceling when they need to be and available to hear when I need it most. The ability to have 360 degree audio, to turn my music down automatically if I'm talking to someone, to track them around the house (including telling me before I leave the house I have left them at home) - this device is quite amazing for the features and price to performance ratio. Low latency gaming is great with them, too!

The anc is amazing dealing with all the noise of the day and I'll never have to worry about the battery dying because the life on it is great too. The touch controls aren't great. I wish they had buttons but it's something you can get used to, I guess. I really wish galaxy Ai could be integrated in someway to help with the controls, especially when driving but these are still the best earbuds out there. The price is most important. For all these features and quality, this is the best deal ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I start to use it like 5 months ago, and i really don't had a high expectation about my buds 2 pro, but now when i have a BIIIIIG time using it i can say with all confidence what this earphones are simpli amazing and marvelous, the sound level is higher enough, the options what i have when i'm doing some job and other person talk to me and i don't need do anything to speak with him is super comfortable, but i really have a wish, if in a future the buds or buds pro have the technology to recognize my voice to other's human voice, cause sometimes i say some word or phrase but i don't really talking with other person and that is some annoying cause automatically the sound level turns around to zero and i don't want that, but after that, i really like it, when i hear music i'm really excited, the quality is simplify incredible, and the options what i can personalized it with the number of touches i am fascinated, the microphone is good but i think it can be better, but in the calls, in the calls it's another time fascinating, super clear the calls what i have, this is the 2nd buds what i buy (the 1st was eaten for my dog) but i never are discomfortable with my buy , i'm completely falling in love with my buds 2 pro

An excellent Christmas present. This is another quality Samsung product. It paired quickly and seamlessly with my phone and watch. The sound is great with really good software that allows for a lot of tweaks and extras I haven't seen with some of the buds I've purchased from other manufacturers. Also surprised by the fit and comfort when I put them in my ears. I didn't expect this level of comfort nor the snug fit. I honestly didn't feel them when I went for a bike ride.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound cancelling is quite amazing, the sound quality is incredible. They pair incredibly quick, almost in an instant, with my phone. Battery life is very long, and the case charges the buds very very quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Buds2 Pro. The sound quality is what I expect from Samsung. The noise canceling, when I need it, works just as good or better than traditional ear plugs. I use them at work for testing fire alarms. The ambient sounds actually let's you hear better, if that is even possible, and gives you more of a 360° hearing, you can hear things behind you better. For those times you are listening to music and someone speaks to you there is a setting called voice detect that lowers the volume so you can more easily hear and respond. I absolutely love these buds!

If you use the app you have more options for the buds. You can turn off the touch controls if you ate like me and don't like using touch controls on buds. You can use voice detect as well. There is also a find my buds option just incase u misplace them. You can listen on one bud as well. The case in a compact size and it stays charged for a good amount of time depending on use of course. There are also more options like reading notifications out loud, and can use them to hear sounds better. That options connects through your phone like a phone call and sounds become very loud in the buds in case you have some hearing trouble like in movie theaters or events or even classrooms. I have the purple buds and they are beautiful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a Samsung customer since the Galaxy S3 release. That phone when my heart and I have owned nothing but Samsung phones ever since. The Galaxy Buds 2 pro, I got the purple BTS ones of course, have been my daily go-to for when I need earbuds. The sound quality to me is still way above average and reviews have consistently rated it higher than other high end in ear earbuds, think of a company that has a logo of a fruit, and I've really enjoyed the functionality that other buds do not have. For example, being able to double tap the outside part of my ear or the side of the bud to raise and lower volume without having to sacrifice other functions like play, pause, next or backtrack, and voice assistant. It's easy to turn on noise canceling or transparency mode and I find them very comfortable for long listening sessions. Phone calls are also pretty outstanding. I do think the noise canceling could be better and I've had issues with my initial pair were the batteries would just drain unevenly. Samsung repaired them pretty quickly, which I was very pleased with the service level. I will say it's the second pair, I had Galaxy Buds Plus that also had the same issue. But again, the service is always pretty good and overall, I think the Samsung line of earbuds are always going to be part of my tech ecosystem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a big fan of the noise cancelling to ambient sound slider. It helps a lot when I am at work or at home, even for working out. Being able to hear my surroundings at work while still listening to my music is true quality of life. Also being able to cancel out all other noise around me while I'm relaxing at home is super fulfilling. The shell of the buds is also really comfortable
