The touch controls are very convenient. Connects to my phone right away and I have never had an issue with them disconnecting randomly. For me, they only have 2 issues. One is the plastic is too smooth, I drop the buds from them slipping out of my fingers every other week. I never dropped my old original galaxy buds at all. The second is sometimes podcasts keep playing even after I take them out of my ears and use the tap once function to pause. Other than that they are a great product

While just as well using them pretty much all day at work for that hands-free listening that my job requires. This is just another beautiful and brilliant Samsung creation. Pairing with the app provides you with many options such as, but not limited to - EQ, ambient and/or noise cancelling, tap/hold options, etc. 5 stars would be selling you guys short. Keep it up!! With the Galaxy Buds that has never happened in 200+ Gym sessions. I love the reliability! The sound stage is amazing my music sounds so immerssive and rich. The transparency feature is amazing. Overall I just love my galaxy buds!

The case design is nice and it charges very well. I would of given it 5 stars if they did stay in my ear better, they do tend to fall out a lot, but they are comfortable.

The voice I hear is about as good as it can get, but I have gotten feedback that other people have trouble hearing me when using the buds' microphone, so I have opted to use the laptop's built-in microphone instead.

The super neat thing about them is if you lose them there's an app on you phone which will show you the last location you used it at. Which comes in handy cause my mom tends to lose hers a lot.

I don't use the tap function because I am constantly having to adjust them to keep them in place. I've used other buds that stay in much better, but the sound and features make these worthwhile.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my buds for music mostly. Connected easily to my S24 Ultra. They fit perfectly and immediately noticed cancelation of background noise. The sound is just superb. Sounds so clear listening through them. I never cared for buds now I can't get enough of them. On weekends I clean and always used my stereo blasting lol. Waking up everyone in the house. Now I use my buds quietly listen to my music. Connection range is also great. I can go all over the house without any issues. They are sensitive to touch though . I have to get used to not touching them while listening to avoid interruption. Before I'd get bored while traveling avoiding watching videos to avoid disturbing others. Now I just sit back and relax. I use them in the car while driving and I can hear conversations perfectly and no complaints of voice distortion from the other end. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and recommend these buds
