[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I reqlly wanted to love these but it was just not the case. These buds had the same bids as it predecessor. The biggest issue is that the buds design prevent them from comfortably staying in your ears no matter which soft tips you use. The second is the accidental touch feature does not stay on. If Ive enable block touches and an earbud has begun coming out of me ear and I touch it to readjust or place back in the ear, the touch has reactivated itself resulting in the music changing or the call being disconnected. I can sincerely say that I took a loss in purchasing these to only have to sell them for less than I purchased them for. Serious design flaw

i love the fit of the galaxy buds2 pro as they are the best fitting earbuds i've owned (i traded in my galaxy buds live for these). the sound is also a plus as the bass is deep, tracks are clear and crisp, and the noise isolating fit makes the anc unnecessary at times. the only two draw backs for me are the lack of loudness from the earbuds...every other earbud i own is louder (including the buds live i traded in), and the high price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a lot of buds but the Pros are my go to. Sound great and fit well once you get them dialed in. Just try different wings and earbuds until you get it right and then they just twist and lock in. You can also choose a sound profile you like as well and the noise reduction is amazing. I really love the battery life and case that fits in a pant pocket. If you have a Samsung phone they always pair perfectly.

I like the quality of the sound but why did they change the shape so much. They keep falling out no matter what I do. I tried all of the different covers including ones I had from other earbuds. My old Samsung ones fit prefect and were less than half the price. I keep hanging up the phone trying to keep them from falling out.

Everything sounds so crystal clear and I absolutely love it. I use my Galaxy Buds2Pro for: •listenigm to music •watching YouTube/tv •talking on the phone through voice call/video chat •using them in zoom meetings •using them to watch lecture videos I use them for so many things during my day and the battery behind these bad boys last a while which is amazing.

With so much demand on my time, I am constantly on the phone or some otherdevice. My Buds2 Pro make it simple to connect to and switch between multiple devices (including my iPad). The ease of use and simple setup allows me to be efficient and effective as multi-task throughout the day. The buds fit perfectly into the ear and are long-lasting. I get through an entire day on one charge. If you haven't invested in a pair of Samsung Buds2 Pro, please do. You will be grateful that you did.

The sound is an upgrade as is ANC, but even with the largest eartips, my left ear is loose at times. I used memory foam tips with the Buds Pro, and I used the smallest size for those. Just be warned that for those with huge ear canals, they may fall out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my earbuds on a daily basis for listening to music, making calls, listening to podcasts, and use the active noise cancelling when I need to shut out the world and think. They really should be 5 ⭐, and ina perfect world would be. The only complaint I have is that I have had to replace them 6 times now. One of the buds always stops working within 6 months. Every time. Beyond fail. It's so unfortunate that there's a hardware issue. The sound that I get when both buds are working is incredible. I have tried at least 10 other makers and no one can come close to Samsung for the quality of sound.
