[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dogs broke my beats. After looking for a while I decided to give the buds pro 2 a chance. The sound is amazing and they meet my sound criteria. The ambient and noise canceling option are cool. They get a little annoying and it's troubling controlling the touch setting on the buds and with my hair down the buds sensitivity starts to pause and change music randomly. The worst part of this is that I run and jog a lot and walk my dogs a lot. Music and headphones are a big part of my life. This buds fall way to easy and they are hard to keep on ear if there's a pull force or running force. Overall it's a good product!

These are the best wireless earphones I've ever used thats including wired headset. They are comfortable and sound quality is amazing as for battery life it lasts me a week with intermediate use. Overall I love my galaxy buds pro and it's a must buy for any device.

It not only sounds great with my new galaxy fold 4 but also fits perfectly in my ears. I had issues with other types of earphones but zero issues with these ones. Amazing battery life, wireless charging works as it should, small and portable. It's a no brainer choice if you have a Samsung smart phone but if you have other phones still I would suggest to give this wonderful Samsung Galaxy buds pro 2 a try. You will love those earphones as much as I do. Trust me!

Connecting the buds to my s23 ultra was seamless, the sounds is incredible, and they pair easily with my work Mac and personal PC. Noise cancelation is great and the fit is just right. I love the feature that tests the fit to make sure they make a proper seal.

Bought this at the end of September. Upgraded from an older Bud. As of this review, I've had these Buds2 Pro for about 3.5 months. I love the convenience of charging in the case and the Ambient Sound monitor. I have other ear buds that don't offer Ambient Sound. I prefer the ability to monitor ambient sound for safety. The audio quality on the Buds2 Pro are great with nice highs and deep bass. I've gone running with them. Occasionally, I will need to twist them on a little bit to keep a nice snug fit. The case is a different story. Samsung uses some matte plastic that has a rubbery feel to it. The plastic coating on the top half of the case is different from the bottom half and has start to degrade. It has started to become tacky and sticky like some old rubbery plastic that been around for years. The bottom half still feels matte and smooth like it was when new. Wished they didn't use this awful material. 3.5 months of use and the case feel horrible and looks horrible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Buds 2 Pro are amazing. They have so many cool features. If you take one of the buds out of your ear, it stops playing. When you put it back in, it start to play again. Cool right? My favorite feature is when you have both buds in your ears and someone is talking to you, when you respond, the volume turns down. 10 seconds after you finish talking, the volume return to your adjusted volume. There are more features but I'm tired of typing. Do yourself a favor and buy them, they are definitely a game changer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to own the original buds pro and the buds pro2 takes what made them great and excelled once again, plus with added features. 360 audio is amazing, something i actually use more than i thought i would. Just normal use the quality of sound alone is so much better than my TV. Amazing bass for earbuds, which actually surprised me. Quality that reaches surround sound quality, and atmos just enhances it so much more. Watching certain videos or listening to music that flows around you. I even was impressed with the head tracking, keeping audio in proper direction of my head tilt. Some thing extra these new buds do actually is awesome and really effective for recording videos. It almost makes your phone a fully functional camera to produce movies, music videos. The next part are the few minor things I don't like so much. I wouldn't call them complaints or flaws so don't take them as such. My ears are odd ones and I expected them to have issue fitting with the tips. The same issue was present with the first release. They just don't fit correctly with the tips provided. They are snug but slightly loose to a point, but don't seal as they should to give an ample noise canceling effect as they should. I have to turn to after market ones to get a proper fit. Once I do, then it's an amazing difference in quality of sound. The finish on the buds are rather slick which is prone to slipping through your fingers. After some getting used to, you shouldn't have problems.
