I'm not jumping around but do sweat a little and all of sudden you feel movement in your ear and then it's falling around. I do not have small ears so I'm not sure how to proceed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always had Bluetooth headsets and headphones, but only recently started using ear bud styles. My first one was the 1st gen Airpods...not good and then it was the red 1st gen Galaxy buds and thry SLAPPED. Loved them! But then they got washed...and dried... In the clothes drier....they did not survive. I was heartbroken and went back to the over the neck style, that is until the Buds 2 Pros were released. Smaller footprint than the Buds 2 and a better form factor that fits human ears than the Buds or Buds 2, and they have many more advanced features than both. I use them for everything everyday. Seriously. If I don't have one in my ear then check up on me because something is wrong. I LOVE THEM. Working on cars, gaming, streams, calls, sleeping and it all switches seamlessly between devices whenever there's something high priority, such as a call. I'm not going to lie though, it took a while to not care about having a cottonball in my ear though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using my buds 2 pro for also office calls connecting to my HP laptop and they work great. I had buds+ and upgraded to buds 2 pro and Samsung made it easy to trade in my old buds+, overall I am enjoying the new buds 2 pro.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a lifetime hearing aid user, with moderate hearing loss - I found it difficult to get / use audio devices. This was the 1st one that had me excited again. Being able to use these in "advanced ambient" mode meant, that I had a significant boost in hearing capability while having audio streamed into my ears. No more having to remove/ put on my hearing aids. A simple long press on my buds, or even the voice detect makes communication much smoother with my friends/family/coworkers. Plus, the case can hold my hearing aids while I'm using the buds too :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my buds to listen to music ans podcasts. I like when that I can use noise canceling or ambient sound when needed. I have used the find my warbuds many times. The only thing I would like to see is to be able to find then easier when they are closed in the case. Otherwise these buds are awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I am happy with the purchase however I have been disappointed with the cost of replacing the case and found that the security and tracking of lost devices is more likely to be unsuccessful. It's not difficult to steal & reassign your property to another phone/owner if thieves want to. The technology designed into these Buds are top-level, but for the value and lack of awareness users can have a different cheaper choice than B2P.

I bought mine actually about two years ago. I absolutely love these headphones and I've dropped them multiple times in water including a dish sink at work. I also dropped one down a swear drain and it still worked once I got it back. I use them while I walk it I love it because these are loud but also give u the ability to hear your surroundings. It also has the feature to find your headphones if you lose them out of the case!!! I also am able to connect these to my switch while I play games

I love the options in the app and how they are easily accessed. My friend got a pair of Apple ear buds and I was amazed how the phone recognized them instantly. Well, now I experienced that with the Buds2 Pro.

They're also really loud and I like that a lot because I can hear notes from my music to see how to play it. Their an amazing product highly recommend.
