Sound quality is improved over the previous generation (I still use both gens) but the fitment takes some adjusting to and is maybe not quite as secure as my Buds+. I do not use Galaxy AI with these, but the wear app is useful to monitor and play with ambient and equalizer settings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones have a much more improved system with my old galaxy 2 buds when using transparency mode I could tell it was playing back as a speaker but with the buds 2pro i can't tell. The surrounding sounds so natural.

I bought the Buds2 Pro a year ago, and while the sound quality was great initially, the experience has been disappointing over time. After a couple of months, the left earbud started losing volume, even at max settings. Eventually, I lost the right earbud, leaving me with the left one, which has become so quiet that even the 'find my earbud' feature is barely audible. I've tried cleaning them and adjusting all volume settings on my device, but nothing works. Unfortunately, I can't adjust the volume via the Wearables app or touch controls without the right earbud. My main complaint is that the left earbud is now far too quiet to be usable. I’m not sure if this is a hardware or software issue.

You get a lot of good audio quality for the price with these earbuds. Battery life lasts long enough and I don't get much ear fatigue from using them either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the earbuds pro2 for about 2 years now and I will say that the most frustrating feature is its earbud finder when lost. Every time I dropped the earbuds in grass, it seemed to be lost in an abyss. I tried using the ring feature and it's a chirping sound. Good luck finding your earbuds when there are birds outside chirping as well. Also no matter if I heard it, it was still absolutely impossible to find. This has happened to me 3 times making me replace the lost earbud. Otherwise, the product is great. The battery lasts most of my shift and it's very comfortable. The sound quality is superb, as well. I truly can't go anywhere without them.

My main usage is either at home doing tasks, the gym, as well at work. The noise canceling feature is a game changer as sometimes you just want to be left alone listening to either music or podcasts. However there are moments when you need to aware of you're surroundings and that's where the ambient sound control comes into play. Being able to use you're headphones while be aware of your surroundings is an ideal feature that works well the samsung buds 2 pro. Battery life is good enough for a day use with noise canceling but will most likely need recharge. The matte black casing also is a bit of a finger print magnet as touching on a constant basis will leave smudges on the case and buds, But this is just me nit picking. Overall this is the best samsung buds that you are able to get and would recommend to anyone, especially with those who have a samsung phone as the seamless integration and features makes it a good purchase.

As someone with a lower tone hearing loss, having an equalizer that can boost bass is quite nice. These buds are able to reach deep lows which makes for full, rich music. I am also a fan of the water resistance and ability to easily turn off touch controls from the phone. I have been able to stand under running water without any issues. The one thing that I think the original galaxy buds did better than these buds2 pro would be ambient sound. With the old model, I would be able to use ambient sound and hear people loud and clear, but the ambient sound with buds2 pro simply do not amplify enough.

These are my first pair of wireless earbuds, and they look, feel, and work great. I love to use them when listening to music and watching videos or movies on a daily basis. The Buds2 Pro have excellent sound quality and intuitive touch controls. They are comfortable to wear for hours, and the batteries last long, too. Of course, I can always give them a quick charge in their chic case when I need some extra power. Connecting the buds to my devices and switching between active devices is seamless. Last but not least, the Bora Purple color is so cute! Love that it matches my phone case and watch band. Highly recommend!
