I am a service technician and need my hands free for tools and repairs. I've had them for months now, and I do not have a single complaint. I have abused these buds and dropped them numerous times, and still no problem. Every day I read about new features like passive listening. I can have my buds in playing music, and still hear what's going on around me, like the buds weren't there. There's also a really cool noise cancelling mode that creeps me out a bit, cause all I can hear is my breathing and heartbeat. I just read that there will be all sorts of new features with Galaxy AI that I'm excited to explore. Any way you look at it,take it from someone that used to go through 5-8 sets of buds a year. These look like they're in it for the long haul.

At home, work, while driving, at the gym, our shopping. They fit in your ear perfectly with a snug fit. They charge very fast and hold their charge quite a while. I would definitely buy them again. The Galaxy AI is easy and very convenient to use. I use it to respond to texts mainly and it gets my message across easily. In fact, I'm using it now 😉

Trust me I've owned every earbud that's in and top 5 list and these I would place 2nd only to beats it pros and the only reason is I think that the voice detection is a bit touchy. I had a beanie on and it wouldn't stop lowering my volume cuz it thought someone's voice was being heard.

I had to take one star because the size of these is ultimately too big for my ears. The smallest ear pieces that come with it are still too big and I have to keep pushing them back in every ten minutes, which causes my fingers to accidentally press controls and stop/skip songs etc which has been pretty annoying. I wish they came with an even smaller set of ear pieces, that would let me give 5 stars. Otherwise great sound quality.

My only complaint is that they pickup a lot of background noise in a loud room or office when on a phone call hence the 4 stars instead of 5. But overall I'm very happy with them.
