[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that it is very portable, it easily fits in my pocket, it has good sound and the battery last long time. What i dont like is that it constantly falls out of my ear, that makes difficult for me to do sports with it or just walk and the noise canceling also needs to be improved. The microphone allows a lot of external noise so not good for working calls. I enjoy to just hear music with them at night when i am in bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think one issues I have is just connecting them to my Samsung laptop; it is slow and sometimes does not even connect. But once they make, the sound is incredible. I have had all the three Samsung buds and have kept upgrading. I simply love Samsung products, I just wish they had better noise cancelation and better features. Like the use of Google assistance integration with the buds.

These are bi far the most comfortable the most clear and the best fitting buds. I have ever had our own. They have great base great travel. You can put in both in at work and still here the person next to you while. Listening to your music they are amazing 5 out 5. Or 10 out of 10.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung Pro Buds are by far the best ear buds that I have purchased. They are just as good as my Bose ear buds and considerably cheaper. Good clean sound quality and excellent bass responce. I recently purchased a second pair for grandson and he loves them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only two complaints are battery life. I get about 4 hours of battery life with ambient noise and voice detect on. And the square design of the case often has me trying to open it from the wrong side, especially if I'm distracted or it's dark. Besides that these are great, they sound really good and have great features. Would recommend.

I listen to music while I work, and also use them in the evening watching movies etc. They are paired to both my S22 Ultra and my Galaxy book, and work flawlessly with both. The noise cancellation is useful to me when I'm working from home lol. The tap controls are easy to get used to and work very also. I can get about 4-5jrs of actual usage on a charge, and the xonvient carrying/charging case fits easily in my pocket or bag. It will charge the buds fully it seams 2 or 3 times before it needs to be charged. Sound quality is very good, although keep in mind I've only used them in conjunction with a Samsung device and Bluetooth codec, but I believe the quality would hold up on any modern device. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase. 5 stars

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For starters, the comfortable fit (reviews say otherwise) is wonderful! Out of the box I can put the earbud in with the silicone piece it comes with and have a perfect fit! I may need to adjust my right earbud piece but the left (dominant) one is wonderful! Active Noise Canceling feels slighty worse than the buds 2 but if you are playing a video, the outside sound disappears! Truly I have no issue with my Buds 2 Pros besides one major factor for the reason I have them. The microphone!!! I have had done research on the microphone issue and couldn't find a great fix. Some sites said restart the buds, other sites said I had an unlucky pick. Though my microphone issue is my only disapproval, I say the Buds2 Pro earbuds are actually fantastic for everything else!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my buds! I use them for everything from work calls to the gym. I love the clarity and ease to go from call to listen to music. It's very convenient that I don't have to take my buds out to have a conversation (although sometimes with active noise canceling there's a slight delay). The one thing that needs to be fixed is the find my buds option isn't always available or working..which can be annoying when you misplace one. But the replacement options make it a bit easier. Also beware of the occasional bug during software updates. Otherwise I love and wouldn't hesitate to get another pair.
