I really like the noise canceling on this model, so much better than the last versions. Audio quality is on point as well, I think it suits the expected quality. Lastly, the buds pro 2 are very comfortable and stay in your ears firmly. I think this is the greatest downfall I have experienced with other brands(twice the price for these), and Samsung did a great job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok so I have been using these buds since launch and over the years I have used a multitude of earbuds many different brands many different price ranges and I must say for all the features battery life sound quality etc these are very worth the price now regarding AI on them I'm not sure as I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and so far no AI on this phone I plan on upgrading to maybe S25 ultra or no later than S26 Ultra so then I'll know more about AI unless it comes S22 Ultra soon now most frequently I use these while at work I use 1 earbud at a time to be able to hear music or youtube videos etc whatever I might be listening to while at work and 1 earbud will easily last 4 to 6 hours for me once dead I place in case get other and use that so I'm able to use them all day where I work 12 to 14 hour days and still have battery enough to use them for a few hours once I get home got a Samsung device want good audio get these I promise you won't be disappointed

The noise cancelation feature is my favorite and it's a breeze to swap it on and off for when I'm on a plane or talking with others in the office. It even lowers the music volume when I start talking and dont have time to pause the track. Amazing sound quality, sleek looks, and long battery life. I barely charge them but every few days. Great product and would recommend to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't know if i would like these buds since normally I don't go for the "bud" style of earbuds, i like something with a cord so it doesn't fall out my ear easy and I can find them easier. But i love these so far. Quality is amazing, the head tracking is a nice feature, and it detecting when you're having a conversation and amplifying the sound is a good touch. My only gripe is that they fall out my ears too easily, so i always have to fumble them in my ear and with the touch controls on I'm always pausing what I'm listening to unintentionally. But other than that they're great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll admit that I've spent a small fortune trying to find earbuds that truly are "the lightest pair yet" and that "fit more comfortably than any pair before" from any company that seemed to be putting a little extra thought into comfort for everyone with ears without sacrificing quality or features! Me and my freakishly tiny ears have been happiest with Samsung for essentially every important feature from quality of sound to durability, but the issue still remained that they didn't fit my creepy micro ears well enough to consider them a convenience! I would get ear horrible fatigue within 30 mins (and sometimes pain), and some sets I couldn't wear if I needed to be moving around or talking because they would pop out constantly (kinda defeats the 95% of their useful purpose! At the price they are sold for even with the pre-order sales options and Samsung's superior trade in program, it's a pretty big bummer, but they're something I use every day for several hours, so you learn to work with what you got right?) BUT my tragic little ear story has finally had a happy ending! The Samsung buds2 pro are PERFECT! They're truly light with a crazy comfortably fit! No more dropping a call because I'm shoving my earbud back in after chasing it across the room for this girl! The sound, quality, features, and range of the Bluetooth are all a step above any other buds you could buy, and you won't be disappointed with the clarity when taking a call! Finally perfection!
