I got the Galaxy Watch 4, a Samsung TV, and every Galaxy Buds release, just based off my experience with 1 phone. I'd love to be able to upgrade to the newest Galaxy someday soon! I love the Galaxy Series, and the new Buds 2 Pro work exceptionally well, months old still looking almost brand new! I'm very happy with Samsung and I'm excited to hopefully try out more products soon!

The bass is amazing just the way I like it. Only problem I have is they do sometimes try falling out of my ear even though I have changed the ear bit.

The 360 sound was a little distracting at first but once you get used to it you want it all the time. I have always used samsung earbuds and these are great. I got a cool cover for the case. Using these at work is perfect since I can hear my coworkers and surroundings when needed, but can also totally get pulled into my music when I want. The sound quality is amazing, crisp and clear and they are so light in the ears I almost forget they're in.

They're soft and don't feel like you're wearing ear buds at all. The only issue I have is that they fall out sometimes but that may be my own problem. Other than that, I love them!

They fit well, are comfortable to use for long periods of time, and have long battery life. No complaints whatsoever.

I also use them for gaming on my smart phone from time to time I love how well the noise canceling works in these. It's incredible.. I also love how there is a "soft" noise canceling feature and you can have full ambient noise from the outside world. The charge on these lasts a long time and that's not to mention the case charge itself. I am a fan of this series for life🤌🏻

They have noise canceling which is great feature because I can relax at work and listen to music without hearing anyone talking. I also enjoy that it has ambient setting as well. I don't like the pressing buttons because as soon as you tap an ear bud it will hang up your call so I don't like that feature.

They stay strong for over five hours and when they start beeping warning me they're getting low, I charge one while the other stays on. I then alternate them one after the other a d this buys me over 15 hours of listening time. They're phenomenal when I fly, because I never run out of juice. I love them coz they're excellent and a game changer!! Galaxy AI can't touch this!!

Sometimes the mic can be muffled and picks up too much sound for the listener or person on phone call. Overall, an amazing product and very happy.
