While at work, I use them in a professional environment where I am placing calls to speak with customers and collaborators. I have never once had an issue where the person on the other end had a complaint about clarity or volume and I have never experienced those issues on my end either. While at home, I use them in multiple ways. The main use at home includes using them via Bluetooth on multiple Gaming devices, both for game audio and for in game communication. I use them for music/podcasts while doing chores and yard work. I love the noise canceling function that makes my Very Loud lawnmower practically silent. The benefit of saving my ear drums is immeasurable! I also love the ambient sound function as well. The ability to lower the volume of whatever I'm listening to just by speaking makes using them hands free, a breeze. The Buds2 Pro's ability to amplify the voices of those around me make communicating with others around me very easy without having to remove them. The ability to call upon Bixby using my voice further enhances the hands free experience in all aspects and use cases mentioned above. The battery life is exceptional! I use these buds everyday and charge them in the case to 100% 1 time per week at most. They fit comfortably in my ears and the low profile and light weight makes extended use very easy and comfortable. Honestly to the point where it is easy to forget that I have them in my ears.

I just traded in my old ones to upgrade to the buds 2 pro and they work great, look amazing and sound even better than I thought. The only issue being I have rather small ears and they don't fit the best, I think the stem is a bit short so it doesn't go in my ear like it should because the bud gets stopped by my ear because it's too large, if only the fit was better I would give it a 1000/10 Over all I still highly recommend this product!! I am interested to see if I can use galaxy AI with the mic function on the headset at some point!

It's how I Listen to everything. And I mean everything. I take my phone calls, Listen to podcasts, music. I even use these buds to test the songs I record myself. They are long lasting and sound *chefs kiss* . I love them.

The Buds2 Pro have definitely exceeded my expectations. **Pros:** - Comfortable fit - Long-lasting battery (lasts over a week with moderate use) - Impressive noise-canceling capabilities compared to main competitors - Durable (earbuds and case have survived multiple drops, a rainstorm, and a full washer cycle) **Cons:** - Limited color options - Touch controls are overly sensitive, leading to accidental song skips or call hang-ups while readjusting Overall, if I needed to buy another set of earbuds, I would choose these again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had these for about a year now, great purchase. The case is small, and matte which I prefer over the buds pro or buds 3 pro. Earbuds themselves sound great, and an added bonus is that they're ipx8, so rain or short submerging is no issue. Overall, would highly recommend!

I really enjoy the different ambient noise functions with the earbuds. I can tune out all of the background noises and become totally submersed in whatever I'm listening to or I can listen to my entertainment and stay aware of my surroundings. My biggest complaint it when I am removing the earbuds from my ear, the touch control doesn't recognize that I have removed it and starts to play the content I have paused. It seems to happen more often than not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded to these from the very first buds model (the very first ones, not the buds+). I have no real complaints concerning the sound, but I was really sad to find (immediately) that they are the worst fit I have ever had. The surface has a smooth matte finish that slides on skin too easily to stay still, and the part that enters the ear isnt long enough to anchor itself in. Since I stuck with the first model for so long, I thought I might as well go for the newest model, but the issue is so bad that I had to return them and find an older model that fit. If you have the option to try on a pair before buying, I would recommend doing that first. I ended up getting the Buds 2, which lacked some features, but stayed in better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Buds2 Pro are super comfortable and the sound it great! One of my favorite aspects of the Buds2 is the sound cancelation feature. I often just leave the buds in my ears to cancel out all the ambient sounds in the office; especially when i really need to focus. It just love'em!
