[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love any type of biofreeze. It's my go to pain relief. I especially like this product because I don't have to worry about getting it on my hands and touching my eyes. Definitely a keeper and good for the whole family.

Contrary to what they say, it has a VERY strong menthol smell. I found some mild cooling relief when applied, but it does go on rather lumpy and is sticky on your skin.

Don’t apply too much (less is best) I recommend to follow the instructions - apply a THIN layer otherwise it takes longer to dry and there will be a green layer on you.

And it doesn't leave *such a strong* overwhelming scent like icy hot does. Only reason I gave it a 4 from 5 was because I felt like it was a very watery texture so give or take depending how and when it's used it not a big issue but maybe to some? ... anyway it doesn't its job and the cooling effect and pain relief lasts a while!

Initially I thought the roller might not be as effective as a gel or lotion because it goes on thinner but it works just as good! The roller is also nice for not having to worry about accidentally rubbing product that could be left on your hands into your eyes or nose! The pain relief lasts about 4 hours for me and frees me up from being stuck on the couch with a heating pad. It does tingle a bit and has a strong mint like smell but that's pretty typical of these types of soreness relief. Good stuff!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Biofreeze pain relief gel provides the same effective relief I have come to rely on with Biofreeze products. I like the concept of a roll on so I can keep the product off of my hands for application, however, the gel doesn't go on as lightly or evenly as I hoped so I do end up having to smooth it out and rub it in with my hands. It does provide pain relief for several hours after application but could stand a bit more improvement on the consistency and applicator.

Very handy size for on-the-go use also. The gel provides a delightful cooling sensation and the pain relief lasts for hours. I would recommend this roll-on for anyone with muscle pain, especially if you are often on the move and need a handy travel size.

Which means you don't have to touch the product. You just roll it on and wait till it dries. The roller ball goes over and gets into the contours of the area easily. The product does have a scent but it fades away which is nice. It provides a coming effect which also feels good. Will definitely buy in the future
