I have modest lower back pain and quite bad knee pain from a prior injury. Using this BioFreeze Pain Relief roll-on allows me to sleep at night instead of just lying there with the pain keeping me awake. The only negative, for me, is that the scent from the active ingredients is almost overpowering and doesn't slowly dissipate. Other than that I find it to be a fantastic product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Biofreeze roll-on is an excellent product!!! Works fast and is long lasting. Works perfectly on my back pain after a long hard day of lifting. It does have a strong menthol smell...but so worth it since it helps with pain and stiff muscles!!

The relief it gave me was amazing. I put it on at night to get some comfort and it still seemed to be working in the morning. I didn’t have to reapply till mid day. I wondered if would be walking around smelling like menthol but the scent seems to have faded away at some point. (I asked if people could smell it) my favorite is that its roll on, so it’s a clean application I don’t get residue on my hands. It’s happened with other products and it’s no fun. Overall I will definitely keep purchasing this product for temporary relief.
