My pain is mostly in my neck and lower skull. I tried the Biofreeze spray on it just didn't work for me. I came back for the tried and true roll-on. I keep one in my office and one at home. It really relieves the pain for several hours.

However, my recent experiences have been disappointing. Lately, when I apply it, I get that familiar cold sensation, but it doesn't seem to do anything beyond that. The pain relief I once relied on simply isn't there anymore. It just feels cold without the therapeutic effect. I'm not sure if the formula has changed or if my body has just become less responsive, but it's a real shame when a product you trusted stops delivering.
