This is easy to apply and use. It has a strong but clean menthol smell, and best of all, it really works. I’ve used it on my lower back, shoulders/shoulder blades, and it really took care of my stiff neck. I am allergic to certain medications, so when my arthritic pain and old rotator cuff injury pain is really bad, I am so glad I can use Biofreeze. Please read directions before using.

This product gives me instant relief, I really need knee surgery but I'm putting it off because that will be my last resort. Nights when I can't sleep because of the severe pain, I'll take a pain pill and use Biofreeze then I can relax enough to sleep. After a long day I can use Biofreeze and not need to take any oral pain medication.

I bought this during the last Instant Savings event. The multi pack was reduced and the price per unit was worth the purchase. It would have been better (and thus worth 5 stars) if Sam's would start taking manufacturer coupons in addition to the instant savings.

I've been a long-time fan of Biofreeze, and it truly used to be my secret weapon for pain relief. In the past, it consistently provided effective relief and helped soothe my aches. However, my recent experiences have been disappointing. Lately, when I apply it, I get that familiar cold sensation, but it doesn't seem to do anything beyond that. The pain relief I once relied on simply isn't there anymore. It just feels cold without the therapeutic effect. I'm not sure if the formula has changed or if my body has just become less responsive, but it's a real shame when a product you trusted stops delivering.

Sore Muscles are no problem for BioFreeze. This stuff does a great job for minor temporary pain. I keep an extra bottle in my car for outings. Stuff works and is easy to use, non greasy and the roll on keeps it in the bottle...and not on your hands.

The Biofreeze roll on does help with knee pain, but the drawback for me is the strong scent it gives off. My husband uses it and I can definitely smell it as soon as I walk into the room he's in. I would like it better if it were unscented because it's overpowering for me. My husband agrees that it's a strong scent but says it helps with knee pain. I couldn't use it because of the scent. Way too strong for me.

This biofreeze has helped me a lot with my knee pain. I am a candidate for a partial knee replacement, but not a total knee replacement. I am in a lot of pain with my knee being bone on bone on one side, but thankfully this helps to calm the pain down. I use it every morning and evening on my knee.

Easy roll on, does not stink. Cannot over apply. Good relief. Will but again.
