I suffer from almost constant back pain and this has brought me much needed relief. It has a cool feeling after rolling it on and within a few seconds it get that icy relief feeling. I would recommend this to anyone that gets muscle and joint pains at all. I found it extremely simple to roll on...and it has a nice smell too!

Biofreeze's roll on design is so convenient and easy to apply! I've been throwing it in my bag when I'm heading to the gym. After working out, it's so soothing on my muscles and joints.
