Admittedly, yes, the scent is a bit potent at first, but it fades within a few minutes and, candidly, is a reasonable trade off for the cooling relief that this provides. I wish it lasted longer, but this takes the edge off AND comes in a wildly convenient packaging, so it's definitely worth it to me!

I just roll it on areas that are sore and I instantly get that cool tingly feeling. The relief from the cold seems to last a very long time.
